Well made, main grill, gets very hot, assembly was straightforward and require minimal assistance.

This is a superb gas grill. It is attractive, easy to assemble, and is an excellent cooking tool. Of special note is the side infrared burner. It heats up hot enough to properly cook a good steak. Normal gas grills cannot do that. We feel this grill heats up faster and hotter than any of our previous grills. Looking forward to years of service from this baby!

I love the sear station. That’s why I picked this model and it works wonders with steaks. I burn the rind for a minute, then another minute on each side and finish on the main burners. It gets to 500-600 degrees with no trouble and I’ve been enjoying the burgs and dogs. We did a rib rack on the top rack and chicken breasts on the grate at low heat and they came out nicely. It went together well enough. I had to finagle with the led wiring. I was concerned I had cracked a pcb installing it in the knob, but eventually I figured it out. (Electrical engineer... I wasn’t about to give up on that!) I like the grates for their triangular profile that seems to clean up nicely with a wire brush. I like how the floor of the grill slides out for cleaning I like the little hooks on the side burner for dangling the brush and tongs. The finish of the stainless was not uniform and the pedestal isn’t shiny. I had a very similar grill from Sams, Members Mark, and it was shiny all around. The drip pan doesn’t have a handle on it. MM had a wire bail. Both will fill with water in a rain (why?) so I miss the bail. Keeps your hand out of the soup a little. The thermometer jumps like the needle is a little sticky as it heats up. We’ll see how that lasts. The propane tank holder is a simple affair: just a hole in the floor with a bail that goes over it to satisfy a lawyer. The MM slid out, but swapping out the bottle is no big deal. Overall I’m satisfied. Not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it gets the job done.

I've had the opportunity to cook on it three times so far. Each time the grill has made me look good. The rib eyes turned out perfectly and the burgers last night were awesome. It fires up quickly and cooks really well. I experienced even heat distribution with minimal flare up. Overall the build was fairly easy with the exception of the side burner flex tubes. They're a little stubborn but will submit and mount in their space. Once assembled it has a look of a much more expensive grill. The lighted dials are a show off but adds a touch of class. I've already had complements on it. Time will be the ultimate judge but for now I feel that I've made the best choice at that price point. If you're looking for an inexpensive grill that has good looks as well as a quality fire box this is the one for you.

Awesome. Best built grill I have seen in years. Super easy assembly - took an hour and everything fir PERFECTLY!!! Even cooking and flame control is excellent. Instructions were clear and hardware was well labeled. Anyone that complains about this grill would also complain about winning the lottery. Do not hesitate - buy this if you want a fair priced quality grill !

When I needed a new grill (my big name brand grill needed an overhaul after 12 years), I looked around and I was shocked at the prices for a grill from that brand with side burner, sear station and good quality - easily $1100 plus. So the hunt began across usual places...On Amazon, I came across this grill and after doing some internet searches, I knew this was the grill for me... I could not be happier with my purchase. We grill out 2-3 times a week during the summer, so I need a grill that will hold up and be flexible to span what my family wants to eat for a meal in one station and not have to cook on the grill and in the kitchen. Since I've had it, I easily used it 20+ times, and not a single issue or complaint. Pros: - Consistent heat temp across the grill - Full function: sear, side warmer, heating rack, grill size (I'll be ordering the rotisserie feature soon to complete everything I'll need) - Well designed and durable (yes, it is light weight Stainless Steel vs heavy SS, but for my needs its perfect) - Easy to keep clean Cons - Installation took about an hour, and there's 1-2 steps that consume most of the time with awkward angles for screws (Amazon offers free installation services from time to time...ie Prime Days) Net-Net: You will be hard pressed to find a better grill at this price point. Better buy now before the secret gets out. Amazon Suggestion: When searching for grills, Monument does not appear as one of the Brands in the drop down. This is a shame and needs to be corrected.

Outstanding - For a number of years, we have purchased Nexgrill and Char-Broil Grills. This model Monument Grill is superior to the Nexgrill and Char-Broil Grills. The Monument Grill is priced higher the the average cost for Nexgrill and Char-Broil Grills in the same series of gas grills and worth the cost difference. We will only purchase another Monument Grill when the time is necessary for replacement. The Monument Grill company has offered the grill at a great price point for value as well. Please note that the wheels are larger than most grills making it very easy to move around.

I usually don't review products but I really love this grill. Came well packed and undamaged. It has a lot of pieces and takes awhile to assembly but not hard at all. The instructions have steps inside the steps (just follow the numbers, start with 1 then 2 etc.) Very nice features, the removable drip pan is nice. Can't see how it would fall apart. Side burners are great. Seams pretty sturdy to me for a movable BBQ. I upgraded to the stainless grates which are very nice. Like the dial lights- great touch. The grill gets very hot- perfect. Not to bag on the people who gave bad reviews but here are a few of my thoughts. BBQs catch on fire- it's what they do. You need to watch what you are cooking and be in control, especially when grilling fatty meats. Blaming the grill for a grill fire makes you look like a novice. I'm not going to say I've never had a grill fire, I've had plenty. Just saying control your own fire. As for stainless. When you overheat stainless it will loose it's wonderful stainless properties. The result is rust, unfortunately. The paint and stainless look pretty good on this grill and I have not had an issue. All in all a great grill for the money. I know mine will end up very burnt and dirty and I can see using this grill for years to come.
