I bought this steam iron back in January mainly for travel, but I’ve ended up using it at home pretty often too. It’s compact enough to pack easily, but still works well for regular day-to-day ironing. It heats up fast, is easy to use, and does a good job getting wrinkles out of shirts and other clothes without much hassle. I like that it doesn’t take up much space, whether in luggage or stored at home. Pros: * Compact and easy to pack/store * Heats up quickly * Works well for both travel and home use Cons: * Water tank is a little small, so it may need refilling during longer use Overall, I’ve been happy with it and think it’s a good option if you want something practical for both travel and home use.

After a year or so of having my original steamer, an interior screw or something came loose and inhibited the function of the item. I had loved using it and was quite sad it had stopped working properly. The customer service team at Jack & Rose worked very quickly to resolve my issue and provide replacement which was within their 2 year warranty. My replacement steamer is the same top notch quality, portability, speed and power as the first and I love it just as much as my original. The brand offers probably the best portable steamer on the market, with the unique functionality of steamer & iron, rotating head, packability, and international usage. The packaging is top tier and provides a satisfying and secure experience receiving the product. The amount of water it holds is substantial for a solid steaming session, but it’s easy to refill too if you need more water/time. If you are careful not to directly touch the metal plate or steam towards yourself, the rest of the steamer handle etc is safe and should never cause burns with proper use. I would recommend for the quality (I think my interior screw was a fluke flaw) and for the customer service and speed of reply and follow up care. I plan to keep using this brand for the rest of my life, realistically! I am thrilled with my Jack & Rose Travel Steamer and the customer service provided by Jaina. I purchased mine 1.5 years ago and used with no problems on the high steamer setting several times a week. I never have to iron anymore. I used to have a big steamer in my bedroom to steam my clothes for work, but it was clunky in my room. The handheld steamer is discreet and easy to use. The best part is that you can fill it with regular tap water and it heats up and puts out alot of steam quickly. The unit does not require all of the cleaning and maintenance that my big steamer needed. The steamer recently stopped working. I checked my Amazon order history and saw the 2 year warranty and an email address for Jack & Rose support. I sent an email and received a response within 24 hours from Jaina. She asked me to send a video of the steamer and quickly shipped out a replacement. I was only without my steamer for a few days. I love the product so much that I bought one for my sister for Christmas. I traveled to Italy and my steamer was one item that I was sure to make room for in my limited luggage. Highly recommend!

Exactly as described, works very well. Dual voltage means this steamer works around the world. Compact, fast starting, multiple settings (dry, low steam, high steam) for every type of material. Highly recommend. Had a small issue with the water tank on my first unit after several weeks of use, Jaina with Jack & Rose customer service was very responsive and took care of replacement less than 24 hours after reaching out to customer service.

Pros: - Great steam output even on the low setting. Did a really nice job getting the wrinkles out quickly. - Solid construction. This definitely does not feel like some of the other cheap steamers I've used. - Compact and fits nicely into my suitcase. Cons: - The most of the weight is distributed towards the head of the steamer, making it top-heavy. It's fine when I'm only steaming a couple of items, but I had several shirts and pants that I wanted to steam and had to give my arm a quick break before I could finish it all. - The water tank is a little challenging to open until you get the hang of it.

If you’re still on the fence about buying this I completely understand. Not all steamers are created equal, but this one is AMAZING! So amazing in fact, we own two and we’ve already “sold” two more to our friends. My husband originally bought one because he frequently travels for work, needs suits but likes to take only a carry on. So we grabbed this steamer because it’s small, compact and said it travels great. He called and said it worked great. Jump ahead a few months and we were both traveling to different spots but both needed the steamer so I bought another one to go in my carry on. While on my trip a friend needed to steam some of her clothes and used my steamer. Before I was even out of the shower she had already ordered one, lol. On a trip my husband had to take one of his colleagues needed to borrow his steamer for one of his suits and sure enough when he was done he ordered one! It’s so easy to use, also works great as an iron if needed. Gets all your wrinkles out and easily fits in your carry on. What else do you need? Order it! You’ll thank me later

Wow! I didn’t expect to love this streamer, but it’s exactly what I was looking for. I previously owned a conair 2 in 1 steamer and I loved it, but it was too large to justify traveling with. It recently conked out after a few years of use and I was in desperate need of a new one, as I use a steamer almost daily. I did consider buying the same one again, but it’s nearly $90 now. After some research, I came across this steamer. After looking at reviews I was skeptical, but, after a few uses, I’m hooked! I opened the box just in time to pack it up for a weekend roadtrip to a friend’s house. With its convenient travel bag and cord keeper, I threw it in my carry-on without hesitation. It was so light, and nestled perfectly in the corner of the suitcase. I conveniently could not find a hanger so I used the dry iron function on an ironing board for my linen button up. Upon first use, I wasn’t impressed. My linen shirt still had a few more wrinkles than I would’ve liked. I packed it back up and forgot to drain the remaining water. I unpacked it at home and there was no leakage whatsoever, although I would recommend draining it for storage to avoid potential for ruining electrical components. Then I used it as I normally do at home. I put the same linen shirt on a hanger and steamed on high. It was perfect! Wrinkle free! I would say it’s an excellent value for all of the features, although I cannot speak to the longevity, as I’ve only used it for a week. Now I will speak to other negative reviews I saw. I did not find the unit to be heavy at all, even after steaming multiple garments at a time. The whole unit is less than two pounds. The twistable neck is slightly heavier than the handle, but it wasn’t cumbersome at all. The water also lasted surprisingly long even though the tank doesn’t appear to be very large. TL;DR Pros: Super light, travel friendly, excellent for steaming hanging garments. 100% Worth the price. Cons: Iron feature is not as efficient for ironing heavier materials, like linen.

This little thing is pretty impressive. The steam power it has is incredible, and the fact that it doubles as an iron is amazing. Even though the water reservoir is tiny, the steam output to water usage is about the same as other steamers, so it’s basically getting the job done faster (higher steam power -> faster steaming/getting the job done ->faster water usage). The ONLYYYYY complaint I have is the little plate cover (at least I guess that’s what it’s intended use is?) doesn’t fit the iron, so it falls off; and b) is absolutely most definitely NOT heat resistant/insulatory. So once you’re done with the job, you’ll need to either let the iron cool itself before packing it away, or buy a separate iron heat sleeves. But other than that, it’s great!

Great product and even better customer experience. My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. I didn’t even know my product was still under warranty until I reached out - very prompt and responsive.

Update: April 2026 The steamer experienced an issue with the steamer. I reached out to the manufacturer through warranty assistance and received a quick response within 24 hours with a solution/assistance. This is GREAT customer service after market support and a reason to support this company. After market support is incredibly valuable to me when I purchase any product. Thanks Jack & Rose! I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!
