Everyone needs to buy this if you have trouble sleeping. I used to wake up so many times a night and was always so tired in the morning. Have been drinking this for 1.5 years every night and I sleep through the night without waking up. I can tell I sleep 10x worse when I stop drinking it for a few days. I have put my whole family onto it and now they all take it every night too. I just mix it in a splash of water and drink it because I don’t like drinking a whole 8oz of it before bed. Literally just pour it into the water, mix it around and it mixes perfectly without chunks. Raspberry lemonade is my favorite I have it on subscription to be delivered every 3 weeks. Cannot recommend enough!!!

I love drinking this in the evening at the end of a long day . Definitely helps to relax me and calms my mood for sure . I just hate it’s pricy but definitely worth it . Flavor isn’t too bad either !

I've been using these for almost 4 months straight and I really do feel like they help calm me and help me sleep better (I take mine before bed). I didn't notice any crazy changes for the first two weeks, but by week three I noticed sleeping longer through the night. By week four, I felt more relaxed, less anxious before bed and that i'd sleep deeper and longer. Overall, i'm pretty pleased with these packets and they have become a nice night time ritual of mine. I'm giving them 4 stars because I feel like these are overpriced for what they are though. Also, the honey dew melon flavor sucks. Blackberry and raspberry lemonade and strawberries and cream rock.

I would take this before bed most nights and noticed that it would help me go to sleep faster at night! The taste was amazing and I also thought it helped me calm down before bed. Highly recommend!

It definitely helps but for me it helped better skipping a day or two because the taste started not to taste the same I guess cause I started mixing it everyday. It tastes great and definitely helps me wind down before sleep so I highly recommend if you’re having trouble relaxing before bed.

I used the entire pack but really didn’t feel any difference.
