I’ve been using this hemorrhoid relief product for a short time, and I’m impressed with how quickly it provides a soothing effect. The bottle is on the smaller side, so it may not last very long with frequent use, but a little goes a long way. Ive been using this for about a month, but I am not good at remembering to follow directions. I pretty much put this on when I remember. It is very gentle and quite soothing, I was concerned that since the directions said to put it on with your finger, I had wasted my $. But then saw it said to use a wet cotton tip so tried that and it works great. It relieves the pain rather quickly too. Great!!

I have used this product for at least 10 years. It is fantastic. No pain no burning like other products on the market plus it is extremely effective. I will never be without it!

Update: Just recently ordered this for the third time and the bottle came completely empty. All the oil had leaked out and soaked through the box. Amazon was able to refund me, since the seller doesn't allow you to contact them or offer a replacement. Which is...kind of ridiculous. Original 5-Star Review: Okay, if you've found yourself looking at the reviews for this stuff, you're probably as desperate as I was. I tried everything: prescription steroid creams, suppositories, various pain and itch creams, sitz baths, epsom salt baths, vaseline, you name it. I was so fed up and in so much pain. So I got desperate and scoured the internet for another solution. I found a Reddit thread where a few people mentioned this oil and decided "What the heck?" and ordered it. Guys. This stuff WORKS. After a few days of applying it a couple times a day, my hemorrhoid started shrinking. The pain lessened. The itching eased. I finally, FINALLY got relief. I've always been doubtful about oils and stuff, but this turned me. Seriously, I've ordered this a couple times now and always have some on hand for flare-ups. Whenever I feel it flaring, I use this stuff and it kicks it back again. It's seriously a godsend. It's a little pricy, but it is absolutely worth it. Don't waste your money on a bunch of other garbage like I did. Even the prescription hydrocortisone did zilch for me. This oil is amazing!!

The formula has a slightly oily texture, which makes it glide on smoothly and coat the area evenly without feeling sticky or heavy. The bottle is on the smaller side (SEE PHOTO for sized comparison), so it won’t last long if you need frequent applications, but a little really does go a long way. Once the bottle is almost finished, I recommend flipping it upside down so you can get every last drop. I also appreciate that it’s made with natural ingredients—it feels much gentler than harsher treatments and doesn’t leave my skin dry or aggravated afterward. In comparison to the Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment, I do slightly prefer the Mayinglong because it provides a cooling effect that this product doesn’t have. That said, this formula still does a solid job of reducing itchiness, pain, and irritation. For context, my hemorrhoid didn’t go away nor shrink with any of these products, but this one helped make the symptoms much more manageable (as did the Mayinglong too). This product works very well. No skin irritation noticed, just pain relief!! I like using clean products without a lot of chemicals! It was so nice to find something with simple ingredients help SO much! I also love that it’s not greasy and sticky like the other product! Plus, it doesn’t smell like “butt paste”.

Helpful, but no cure. The product does help in relieving some of the irritations. But, it doesn't resolve the problem completely. Gotta use it a few times a day to feel relief. And, unfortunately, the problem does come back. I tried the fissure ointment by the same company and it seemed to work even better, (IMO) but neither are a a cure. The Fissure ointment also worked well for some minor burns and mosquito bites that my wife had.

Miracle!! Have been suffering from hemorrhoids for years. Tried everything. Even considered surgery. I used this oil and it works. Even got rid of my skin tags. I never thought they would go away, but this oil is amazing. Only need a little bit on a q-tip for application. No irritation or burning and doesn’t smell.

This is amazing product, i was suffering from haemorrhoid lump from last 12 months or so and tried various other homeopathic and ayurvedic medicine ..symptoms subsided a bit but lump was not going away. However after using this product only for few days my lump has shrinked a lot and there is no burning or irritation in that. I would certainly recommend this product and along with this at bedtime you can take triphala in warm water

Do not waste your money. I have been using the product religiously so far for 7 days and my prolapsed haemorrhoid has not shrunken, nor retreated. The pain has gone however. I would be cautious about US product reviews. This was a very wasteful Amazon purchase.
