I’m really impressed with this TRALT ergonomic office chair. It has a comfortable, supportive design that makes a big difference when sitting at a desk for several hours. The lumbar support is one of my favorite features because it provides good support for the lower back without feeling too stiff. The chair is also very adjustable. I like being able to adjust the seat height, headrest, backrest, and armrests to find a comfortable position. The flip-up armrests are especially convenient when I need more space around my desk. The breathable mesh seat and back are another great feature. Excellent ergonomic chair with outstanding customer service! I purchased the TRALT Office Chair Ergonomic Desk Chair (White) back in July 2025 and have been using it daily for work and some light gaming. This chair is a solid performer — the mesh back and seat keep things breathable even during longer sessions, the lumbar support is adjustable and comfortable, and the overall build feels sturdy (I'm well under the 330 lb rating). The wheels glide smoothly, the armrests are supportive, and it’s easy to adjust height, tilt, and recline. It looks modern and professional in my home office too. After about 6 months of regular use, I had a minor issue with one of the parts. I reached out to the seller, and they responded quickly, shipped a replacement part immediately at no cost, and even offered compensation for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is rare and really turned what could have been a negative into a positive experience. The chair has been working perfectly since the replacement. Highly recommend this chair if you’re looking for something ergonomic, comfortable, and well-supported by the company behind it. Great value for the price — I’d buy it again without hesitation.

These chairs are incredibly comfortable, and I highly recommend them. I would say they are the best desk chairs I’ve ever sat in from the cushioned seat, to the adjustable arm rest and everything in between, I'm very happy with this purchase. I sit at my desk all day for work, so I needed a new chair. The great reviews sold me on these, but I wasn’t sure whether I would want a headrest. I ended up getting two of their padded-armrest chairs, one with a headrest and one without so I could compare the two. The chairs are pretty much identical, except the one without the headrest has a slightly larger seat. I’m shorter than average, but even the larger seat was still very comfortable for me. The headrest is convenient because it allows me to lean my head back and relax instead of constantly leaning forward, which helps prevent tech neck. Since I’m on the shorter side, I’m still working on finding the perfect position for the headrest, but it’s still really nice to have. Both chairs were easy for one person to assemble, and the materials and overall quality feel very well made. However, the biggest praise I want to give is to their customer service. It is honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced from an online company. They provided a direct phone number with the packaging, and when I had a question, I called and was connected straight to a live person. She was extremely helpful and even called me back on a weekend, just as she had promised. I actually missed her call, but she called back later to make sure I received her voicemail. I will definitely continue shopping with this company. There truly wasn’t a single thing I was disappointed with. Great chairs, great quality, and exceptional customer service!

I REALLY like this chair. Originally it arrived without wheels but quick contact with the sellers customer service and they sent me wheels right away. Customer service was friendly and easy to work with. Sometimes you never know and I was pleasantly surprised. I love that the arms of the chair can flip up so I can choose to use them if I feel like it. I typically don’t use chair arms and have to remove them, but having the option is even better. The seat area is very large, which I like since I’m someone who usually has a leg up on my chair and I still have plenty of space for my booty. I’m short (5’3”) and this chair works well for me. I prefer to rest my feet on the tops of the wheels & chair legs since I’m used to not touching the floor. Just the same, the height adjustment is helpful if I didn’t prefer to float a little higher off the ground. The seat is nicely padded and comfortable. It’s lasted perfectly for the last 7 months. It’s lighter in color and could stain easily if you’re not careful with your morning coffee. I’m very happy with my purchase.

After using the chair for a couple of days, I can say that it’s a solid chair. I had been looking for a good ergonomic chair for quite some time and went through various brands before deciding on this one. I really like the adjustable armrests—they move up and down and allow me to easily push the chair under my desk, which is great for saving space. The armrest material could have been a little more comfortable, but its fine. The lumbar support is excellent and has really helped with my back pain, especially since I sit for long hours. The only thing I initially felt was that the seat cushion could be a little thicker or more padded. However, the support team provided me with a seat cushion upgrade, and it’s perfect now. Overall, it’s a great buy, and I’m very happy with the chair.

It looks nice, it is airy, the packaging was great, and it was very easy to assemble. Also, the wheels glide perfectly. But it is not comfortable or provides any back support in any shape or form. The backrest tilts backward slightly (which defeats the point). The lumbar support sits at the bottom and presses on my pelvis rather than sitting higher to help with the gap between the pelvis and the rib cage (as it is supposed to). You also cannot adjust it any higher. So the whole backrest is actively fighting me from keeping my back straight, unless maybe you are resting backward to relax (?). And the armrests sit too high and will cause pain around the scapula if used for too long. I guess it is a good thing you can retract and not use them. Overall, the quality is totally fine, but the design itself I cannot imagine being comfortable for anybody who is trying to work with a straight back. It could be that I'm too tall (6ft) and skinny for it. I came to the conclusion that chairs should be tested before buying. Just go to a store.

I bought this chair knowing it was a budget-friendly option, and overall I’m happy with the purchase. Since I live in Colombia, I did have to pay a significant amount for shipping, which I assume was mainly due to the size and weight of the package, but the chair arrived in good condition. The seat is comfortable enough for long hours at the desk, and the built-in lumbar support is a nice addition. It’s fairly basic, but it does provide some lower back support and is certainly better than having none at all. Where I think the chair falls short is in the armrests. They feel like the weakest part of the entire design. Whenever I lean on them, they flex more than I’d like and don’t inspire much confidence. They haven’t broken, but they definitely don’t feel as sturdy or premium as the rest of the chair. Overall, I’d describe the build quality as mid to lower-mid range. It’s not a premium chair, and it doesn’t try to be, but considering the price, it delivers good value. If you’re looking for an affordable ergonomic chair with decent comfort and basic lumbar support, this is a solid option. Just keep your expectations realistic regarding the armrests and the overall construction.

Eu simplesmente amei, super confortável e dá para ver que vai durar, comprei outra com valor bem menor aqui mesmo na amazon e não é nem perto conforto e robustez. vale o investimento, pois preciso ficar em média 8 horas ou mais sentada, então qualidade faz a diferença
