Tastes a LOT like Juicyfruit!
I thought this was "mixed" fruit flavored, as in different fruits, like some are strawberry, some are grape etc. with that in mind, I popped one of the strangely uniform pieces into my mouth only to get yanked back to childhood! It tastes so much like Juicyfruit gum put out by Wrigley's! The flavor comes on strong at first, it's sweet and tastes like a tropical fruit blend(if you don't know what Juicyfruit tastes like) but isn't overwhelming and settles into something softer and sweet . It has rich flavor for about 15 mins then it starts to fade. I have found with fruity gums, the flavor does not have the staying power that mint or cinnamon flavors do. By 30 mins it doesn't have much fruitiness left, but it doesn't taste bad. I have chewed the same single piece for over 3 hours and it never fell apart. Individual pieces are a good size; small enough to tuck in your cheek while talking, and you can add another piece( or two, or three) if you want more flavor 3 pieces feels like the max I would chew while trying to talk. It blows bubble too! It's easier to blow bubbles after you've chewed it for a few minutes, and you can get some pretty good bubbles if you are chewing 3-4 pieces. It does stick to things though. 100 pieces of gum for under $10 is a good deal, especially when it's a quality product. Will buy again, might subscribe in the future once I determine how long 100 pieces lasts me.

Excellent all-xylitol gum at a good price
The only real option for all-xylitol gum. It's a challenge to find all-xylitol-sweetened gum, but Spry is the real deal. The experience of chewing it: The pieces are small, tablet shaped, and are candied on the outside. The flavor is bright and fruity, like Juicy Fruit. And, like Juicy Fruit, the flavor doesn't last long at all. It chews well for the first few minutes, then gets hard and flavorless. Since I've been chewing it (along with a good dental care routine), my dental appointments have gone great. I've also had fewer ear infections. I've also tried the mint flavor and enjoyed it. The price, when you order this size, is much better than when purchasing locally at health food stores. Yes, the flavor is short-lived, but it doesn't take like artificial sweetener.

Chew it for taste, chew it for dental health. . .
If I were a constant gum chewer, these would be the ones. I just don't like making my mouth go up and down on my teeth like that... I chew them till the flavors over and then find a respectable way to throw them away. No keeping A.B.C gum... that's Already Been Chewed... no pitching it on the sidewalk for others to get on the shoe... Yep... best tasting gum around. It tastes a lot like a well known version I always chewed as a kid, only it's has a better sweetener for you... One that kills the bacteria in your mouth. My dental hygienist said that the gum picks up the bacteria and you either swallow it or else it goes out in the trash with the gum. Xylitol, look for it. This gum was first introduced to me at a dentist's office. You can't go wrong here... Forget that poison fluoride which is a bad chemical that they have too much of and they need us to help get rid of it. I have a 1930's home economics book that says that's a great roach killer and to keep it away from children... what do we do now? Feed it to our children. Huh? They get plenty in their toothpaste and there are cautions on the boxes about not letting children have a lot of it... so, why would we want it in our drinking water? I do not want to bathe in it or drink it... All my information is well known and I am using it as a way to encourage you to use the latest method... Chew Xylitol Gum or suck on mints for your dental health. It tastes good, too!

Tastes good, xylitol for prevention of cavities
I have taken a quote off of Wikipedia pertaining to xylitol for dental health: "Early studies from Finland in the 1970s found that a group chewing sucrose gum had 2.92 decayed, missing, or filled (dmf) teeth compared to 1.04 in the group chewing xylitol gums.[17] Recent research[18] confirms a plaque-reducing effect and suggests the compound, having some chemical properties similar to sucrose, attracts and then "starves" harmful micro-organisms, allowing the mouth to remineralize damaged teeth with less interruption. (However, this same effect also interferes with yeast micro-organisms and others, so xylitol is inappropriate for making yeast-based bread, for instance.) This is because cariogenic bacteria prefer fermentable six-carbon sugars, or disacharrides such as sucrose, as opposed to the nonfermentable xylitol, whose antimicrobial properties then "starve" the bacteria, reducing their growth and reproduction.[16] Most of these studies suggest that at least 6 grams of xylitol per day is needed for dental efficacy; for most chewing gum or breath mints this would require 12 pieces per day (op cit)." So according to this you need twelve pieces of xylitol gum per day to be effective. That would mean a one hundred piece jar would last less than ten days, and you would be chewing two pieces three times per day. So you would need three jars or more of this per month. I may try out buying xylitol in bulk packages here on Amazon and sipping it in water. The health benefits not only of preventing cavities but also of preventing sinus and flu infections when taken by nose in a spray are impressive. There was also a study done that showed that xylitol can help prevent osteoporosis by remineralizing bones. It seems there are two main companies in the world producing xylitol, in Denmark and in China, and this gum company supposedly gets theirs from China which sends up red flags in some of us. We can't really trust China not to put harmful ingredients into things, as has been shown. The gum itself tastes good. I can't complain about it so far, it is similar to Juicy Fruit in taste. The taste fades out fast but still a hint of it remains for at least half an hour. I plan to do more research on ways to add enough xylitol to my diet. Chewing twelve pieces of gum a day isn't something I want to do. I recommend this gum as a way to get xylitol into contact with your teeth where it has a unique ability to kill bacteria. One star comes off due to the probability the xylitol in this is made in China, and the fact that it or any gum of this nature requires too many pieces to be chewed per day to have the beneficial effect on teeth. Still, when you can't brush after a meal this is a way to kill mouth bacteria.

useful for teeth and reflux
I got this gum to help clean teeth after meals and was hoping it might help a little with the reflux I have. I don't think it really helps with reflux directly - but rather it helps me take longer breaks between meals as my mouth has something to do. It does help my teeth feel clean and it indirectly helps with the relux. The gum tastes good, and the flavor lasts a fair amount of time. Bonus - it has none of the sugars that "taste weird". I can't handle many of the tastes of fake sugars as I have the genetics that make them taste like rancid metal. The xylitol is one of the only non-cane sugars that I can handle - and it's delicious and good for the teeth.

Take it from an experienced dentist who has done the research - xylitol really works!
My husband is a dentist whose high opinion of xylitol comes from much research he performed on a population with poor oral hygiene and an incidence of high tooth decay. Children chewed 2 pieces of xylitol gum per day - one in the morning and one before going to bed. (Too much xylitol causes stomach discomfort, so follow dosage directions.). His dental team discovered a significant decrease in new tooth decay over time within the study group. (Note that this product does not heal tooth decay but prevents future decay.). It's a natural, healthy product that won't cause any negative side effects unless you overdose. It acts to change the pH of your mouth so that decay struggles to set in. Our own children have used xylitol products since they were old enough to eat solid foods. First we used mints and then progressed to gum. Our kids chew two pieces of gum every night after teeth are brushed and before bedtime. Today, they are ages 12 and 9 and neither of them has had a cavity yet. Granted they are children of a dentist so good oral hygiene is a regular routine in our home, but I've watched them both brush and not floss their teeth - its pretty lacking. Having an extra weapon in the fight to minimize tooth decay is a no brainer in my book. We've tried many different brands but enjoy the flavors that Spry has to offer. My kids love the fruit flavored, spearmint, and cinnamon gum. We all love the lemon mints. The peppermint flavored gum and mints (which I love) are a bit too spicy for our kids' tastes. The 600 count container is well worth the money and a huge cost savings when compared to the smaller containers that we were flying through. Spry is a great product! We will continue to buy....indefinitely.

flavor lasts 10 seconds
Flavor lasts about 10 seconds. Wish is had more longevity. At least my daughter likes the fruit flavor. After a little while this gun gets really sticky. Got this for the xylitol to help prevent cavities but it only has 0.9 g or 1%. Ice breakers gum has more xylitol than this so I'll just go with store bought gum with more flavor.

Love these & totally work!!
I absolutely love this gum.. Natural Fruit & Bubblegum are my favorites.. I've been using the Spry brand for years now & its one of the best brands in my opinion. The gum is moisturizing & I usually use it a couple times a day after eating or drinking sugary foods/snacks.. The flavor doesn't last very long but that doesn't bother me. I only chew it for a few minutes & then have a couple of mints .. That's something that I've always loved too... Spry mints. (I keep the mints by my bedside & have a couple everyday) I've used the whole regimen of toothpaste, mouth rinse, gum, mints & this has kept my teeth & mouth fresh & healthy.. : ) Couple other family members like it too... Spry Chewing Gum
I purchased this gum many times before so not much to tell about its quality. In my opinion, the best chewing gum in the market. The "traditional" chewing gums like airways or orbit are made of things that you really do not want to eat, chew or whatever similar ;). Spry is made of natural ingridients and tastes great at the same time. As for the shop itself, I can highly recommend it. Very fast delivery with relatively low shipping costs. Thanks for good transaction.
