Quest Nutrition Frosted Protein Cookie, Strawberry Cake Flavor, 16 Cookies

I like these too much. I try not to eat snacks like this. But sometimes I want something! These dont taste like typical keto friendly protein snacks. I'm suspect because they taste so good, haha. I'm glad they are satisfying in the sense that I am not wasting my time, money or calories/macros. When I want a little something I can have this to satisfy that need without going to stuff that is high sugar and other unfavorable aspects. This is just surprisingly good tasting to me. And not even just for a keto snak. I love the texture. Has a nice "give" when biting in. Not too dry not too moist or crumbly. Just works well. Soft but firm cake like interior with a perfect frosted glaze all around. Taste is very pleasant to me. I feel like I am eating a typical treat rather than nutritional aisle item. No it isnt filling, and I dont expect it to be. I have this as a finisher after dinner or crumbled up as a topper to my home made high protein low carb ice cream. I have the pack of 8 individually wrapped cookies. I have also tried the chocolate with equal pleasure, and I dont often like chocolate. want to try all the flavors eventually.

Tasty treat low in sugar,carbs not so high in calories making it keto friendly. A bit pricy but worth it😊

Love these. The texture is soft and perfect. The outer frosting is thin and holds together well. The taste is moist and decadent. I was looking for a lower calorie protein dessert and tried these because of the lower calorie count than a full protein bar. I love them and have to fight myself not to eat them except at dessert. The protein per serving is at the upper limit of what I consider 'good choice' for myself (calories:protein under 15 is no brainer. 18, like these, is acceptable. Note - these are my personal rules; you should decide for yourself what your ideals are). Quest also makes a chocolate version that is very good too. But I love these sweet, fruity Strawberry Cake ones. Nice and soft, fresh tasting, and easy to toss in a bag as a filler in case hunger strikes and makes me do something stupid.

Overall, these are a solid high-protein snack option that can help satisfy a sweet tooth while providing better nutrition than most cookies. I’d purchase them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient protein snack.

These are by far the tastiest low carb treats around! Its has a caky texture, tastes better than other brands with the same goal. There is a problem tho -- its so good that you wants to have another - Guess what? There's 2 in a pack! Don't feel guilty about the second one- now if you go for three? lol Defeats the purpose of buying it haha. Yummy product!

So these come 2 "cookies" to a pack. for someone on a low carb diet, it's a tasty alternative to a piece of cake. Probably could be fine just packing 1 per pack instead of 2. It's more like a soft cake (like a little debbie cake) opposed to a hard cookie which is what I was kinda expecting. Has some sort of frosted candy coating that is sweet, but the inside is like a soft strawberry cake. Not the most appealing looks, but tastes great for a low carb treat. 200 calories a pack (for 2 cookies). Be warned that it, like many other artificially sweetened products, uses Erythritol as the base sweetener. In many medical circles (including the NIH) the amount of Erythritol in these artifically sweetened products can cause an elevated risk of cardiovascular issues (like heart attack, etc.). But I think overeating sugar and being overweight outweighs that so this is a better option than being obese. EDIT: So I dropped this down to 3 stars. The first pack I tried was decent, but as I tried more I realized what a terrible after taste these things have. I guess it's a substitute for someone on a diet to have a sweet cake, but honestly, I don't think I'll buy anymore with this aftertaste.

Estan muuy ricas, sirven muy bien de colacion. Cantidad de proteina no me fascina pero sirve para matar el hambre un rato, Sabor 10/10, el de chocolate tambien. A mi me llego un poco golpeado el empaque pero mientras este todo el contenido, no me molesta.

What I love about quest? Cleaner sugar alternatives, no strong metallic tastes - and no bad laxative effect. Great tasting items helping us all on our personal quests !!!

So yummy! Definitely going to buy again!
