I soaked my Gond Katira and found some dirt in it. I'm not sure if this is typical or if the product is defective

The first time I ordered it was good. The second batch was crap. It does not swell even in overnight soaking or warm water. It had grains or dirt in it. The texture was really unpleasant. I wish I can return it. Never buying again

This is completely unacceptable. I cancelled this $15 order just 3–4 minutes after placing it, and the cancellation was immediately accepted. Now, two days later, you claim it had already shipped. Seriously? If the cancellation was accepted, why did you ship it afterward? This looks like a deliberate attempt to force a cancelled order on the customer. I will escalate this to Amazon. Indian Local Market, this way of doing business in Canada is doomed to fail. You cannot bring this kind of business culture here and expect Canadian customers to accept it.
