I bought these since I found out that I have Blepharitis. I was shocked at what I found out. You never get rid of this. You have to continue every day to care for your eyes. You cant believe how many problems come with this thing called Blephartis. I have finally found something that makes them feel better. I can tell a difference when I don't take these. Now as FANTASTIC AS THEY ARE...they are horrible to swallow. They are not big. I think is due to the fact that they are round. I don't know. I have never had a problem with pills. ** my general doctor (I always show him anything that I am taking) I took them to my appt. He told me that they can sometimes cause your blood to thin. He asked me not to take 3 as recommend. He said two but he would rather I take 1. I will try to take the one. If it does not work I will take one on one day and two the next. They just work so well. I hate to go back to how it was without them....My review...these work and they work great.

Hard to get and definitely helps with dryness. Cannot order from company but Amazon had it. Thanks a million.

Love this product, you can trust that it works, developed by real Dr;s, been using it for one year, big difference in eye health. It also seems to be helping with my hair and skin, an added bonus. I also get this for my daughter, I wouldn't give her anything I did not trust. It said it may take three months to see results but I got results in just two weeks and it kept improving, I do not need to use eye drops everyday anymore . This is an eye omega that I can afford. The smaller pill is easier to swallow and it helps my dry eyes - very important! I only have to take one pill instead of the two pills recommended to help my eyes making it even more economical.

I was hoping to like this product since I have dry eyes and an omega-3 supplement was recommended by my eye doctor. The previous product I was taking seems to be discontinued so I researched on Amazon for a comparable product. I am disappointed in the fishy smell and the occasional fishy tasting repeat or burp that may occur. This absolutely never happened with the former product I was taking. Plus the pills themselves , while not overly large, are sometimes difficult to swallow. I'll finish the bottle but look for a different brand when I reorder.

I ordered these for my mom who was having cataract surgery. The doctor wrote a Rx for one that was so much more costly. So I kept looking and searching on Amazon for the closest match and this was it. so glad that we were able to get a good product and save money as mom is elderly and we try to save as much as possible for her.

This is my 3rd bottle. I don't notice a huge difference when taking them. But when I don't my eyes get really dry and uncomfortable. These at times can be hard to swallow. And I'm used to taking large vitamins. At times I do have problems swallowing. I rarely burp like with other omega 3s. I won't be without these.

I had noticed before that taking a quality omega 3 pill really helped my winter blues and I picked this one because it had extra vitamins that make it even better. I take 2 I'm the morning with breakfast, sometimes it's hard to see a difference with vitamins because mood stuff can be subjective but I've noticed a marked difference and it's definitely helping-- also maybe my eyes are getting a boost too!
