Works so well I’m scared to take it again lmao. Make sure you have nothing to do when you drink this. Also, depending on your body, it may take hours to work. Just because it doesn’t work right away doesn’t mean it’s not going to work. Don’t underestimate it!!

Slightly Gentle, But Effective Tea
This tea has worked well for me (20s), my mom (50s), and my grandma (70s). We like to use it when we’re feeling a bit bloated or constipated, and it definitely helps promote regular bowel movements. From our experience, the effects can vary — sometimes it works within 6 hours, sometimes 8 hours, or even overnight — but usually everything clears within a day. As for the taste, it’s very mild and doesn’t have much flavor beyond regular tea. The fragrance isn’t strong or overbearing, which I like. I usually add honey and drink it quickly, and it goes down easy.
