Product description Review: Holding up after 2 yr - Been 2 yrs since I put these on the office chair I sit on nearly daily. Still rolls smoothly and quietly. Hasn't really marked up the wood floors as far as I've noticed. I often lock just one wheel to hold my chair around one position, and the lock and wheel seem to hold me and my chair fine, all 5 of my casters still lock-unlock and roll. Locking 2 casters holds my position pretty much exactly. And these casters look cool. Personally, I have not cut or hit my feet on the lock switches, but they do stick out like a half-inch, so I can see it's a possibility. The switches can also be kinda hard to unlock if I'm just trying to use my toes and not bend down to use my fingers, but this is a nitpick and not a specific feature I was looking to buy. My room is kinda dusty, so the wheel rubber slowly picks up a layer of dust, but that can be fixed by just wet-wiping the wheels, which I'm just too lazy to do. Review: Almost great - get rid of those little red knobs to block the wheels and these wheels are perfect. The little knobs keep going down and blocking the wheels, every single time. I am going to superglue them so they are always up and not activating and blocking the wheels anymore. It's a big design flaw on these wheels. Other than that, the wheels look good and perform well

Best office chair wheels hands down.
I use these on my Herman Miller Embody, fit perfectly and roll really smoothly. The HM wheels were already very good quality, but these are even smoother and roll even better. I really like the fact that this version has a locking feature in case I need the chair to stay still.

Excellent casters, incredible support, great company!
I've bought two sets of the black/grey Rokku Mu casters and in addition to looking great, they've performed wonderfully. I originally bought them for office chairs, but I now I use them for sit/stand desks in two different rooms. Imho, these are even better in desks than they are in chairs, given that they have locking brakes which can be a hazard for bare feet. Repurposing them for my desks required that I replace the smooth chair stems with threaded stems to fit the desks, so I emailed the manufacturer and they quickly responded and helped me to order the right size stems for the casters. Fantastic! If you're looking to put these casters on a chair, I'd recommend going with the brakeless option, just to protect your bare feet!

S-Tier Casters for Hardwood Floors
Bought a set of red, Okina Mu 70 for my Herman Miller Embody last summer as the stock casters of the Embody were causing small damages to the hardwood floor. These are bar none the best casters you can buy for your office chair Install - extremely simple. Pull out your installed casters and push the Enso casters in Glide - smooth with good grip. Minimal exertion needed to move the chair and doesn't slide away like it's on ice Longevity - no signs of wear 8 months in. I clean the wheels with some rubbing alcohol every other month There's 3 other colors but the red looks really nice with a dark colored chair. Like putting soft tyres on your office chair

Not for carpet. Even on floor, they are worse than 30$ casters
Ordered as new. Arrived used and dirty, that is OK, I can understand and I can clean it. However , I found they are poorly designed. The low clearance between the base and carpet cause them sink into the carpet so they gets lot of resistance on middle pile carpet. The ball bearing are not smoother than other 30$ casters on Amazon, this is unacceptable for its price
