I absolutely love this little pan. It has quickly become my go to for everything from eggs to grilled cheese. The non stick coating is amazing because nothing sticks and I barely need any oil. My omelets slide right out and pancakes cook evenly every time. What really sets it apart is that it is oven safe up to 350°F so I can start something on the stove and finish it in the oven without a second thought. Plus it is dishwasher safe which makes cleanup a breeze though it wipes clean so easily I usually just rinse it. It feels sturdy and the handle is comfortable and stays cool. For such an affordable pan the quality is fantastic. If you need a reliable everyday frying pan that makes cooking easy and stress free this is it. Highly recommend.

Works great and heavy enough that it sits flat on my electric burner. My burners are equipped with the new safety feature that has a button in the middle of the burner to indicate that the burner is still hot to the touch and this causes issues with pans that aren't heavy enough to fully depress the button and can then make cooking uneven. This pan solves that. It's small but has enough weight that it's the perfect level surface for cooking eggs without them running to one side or the other. The color-changing spot has helped me become a better cook. As others have said, don't use high heat with these style of pans, it will damage and warp. I always cook one setting below whatever a recipe says to avoid this. If it says Medium High I put it closer to Medium than High. I just wish this came with a lid.

Use on low flame and wipe with a paper towel to clean;have mine about a year with no chips or loose flakes ;?Just use a little oil to coat never sticks if you use right

Wow. I never put a lot of money in to my cookware since I couldn't afford it but I found and older bigger pan this brand at Goodwill & it was great. So, I went searching for a smaller one. Got this on sale and it's the best pan I've ever owned. Nice & heavy, even heating,non-stick & easy to clean. Just be nice to it. Hand wash with non scratch sponge and hand dry. Don't stack unless you have something protecting it.

This is by far my favorite pan to cook with. Cooks and browns evenly every time and is non stick.

Great little fry pain. Easy clean. Good for lots of foods (eggs, grilled cheese, sausage, etc.). Nice size.

I usually cook in cast or stainless, but it's a mild guessing game if I have the temperature right for the stainless to not grab hold of the eggs, yet cook them slowly enough to be done but creamy in the roll. Cast iron has to be seasoned just about perfectly to work for me. This is the first non stick pan I've owned in probably 25 years, and it's much better than those were. A perfect omelette first try. I didn't read any directions on it, but rinsed it from new with warm water and wiped it with a soft cloth. Let It heat on a small electric burner to low-medium before adding salt and peppered whisked eggs. Using only two silicone spatulas to stir until set, the omelette rolled up easily, with no hint of sticking. Perfect!

Sans rire il y a longtemps que j'utilise T-fal et mes parent avant de plus j'ai utilisé d'autres marques mais pour revenir et garder mes anciens T-fal juste que j'ai rajeuni mon T-fal et j'ai une batterie extra !

It has this scratchy texture that feels very resilient. Nothing sticks on it. NOTHING. It’s very good. Do not use High heat and you will be fine.

Hope it lasts long. Claimed to be 2x titanium. So far so good.
