I was surprised at how lightweight these massage balls were. But they work incredibly well at releasing tense muscles. The single ball is slightly larger than the standard massage trigger point ball, which is an added bonus. The foam is very dense and effective. Light enough to carry with you. In fact, I was so impressed I ordered a second set the same day my first set was delivered.

I originally thought the balls were too hard but after spending time using them they are a great recovery tool. My go to for serious knots. If you find foam rolling too painful then this won’t be for you. If you enjoy some tough love on your muscles then these are great!

I love the peanut especially for rolling against the wall with the peanut on either side of my spine. The roller loosens trigger points, improves circulation and relieves pain. I’m a huge fan of this tool and with I had found it years ago. I manage chronic pain and muscle spasms from inflammatory arthritis and this has been a very welcome addition to my home therapy routine. I highly recommend it!

Es sind hier wirklich die kleinen Audführungen, aber die sind fein. Bei zierlichen Personen oder Kindern bestens geeignet. Die Rückenrille spart die Wirbelsäule deutlich aus und brachte geradezu augenblickliche Erleichterung der beanspruchten bis verspannten Muskulatur. Der Ball lässt punktgenaue Bearbeitung präziser Partien zu und auch hier empfinde ich die kleine Größe von Vorteil. Zur Behandlung der großen Muskeln an den bei Etremitäten ist dieses Set nicht gut geeignet.
