I like these, they taste good and I think they work, not 100% but close enough.

These gummies taste great! I noticed a difference with in two weeks with my hot flashes. I had to start out taking one a day to work up to the two a day just bc my stomach is a little sensitive. Great taste, works well for meno side effects.

I am going through perimenopause and was recommended these vitamins as a great supplement to relieve hot flashes and muscle aches. I honestly can’t say I noticed a difference so I don’t know that I will buy anymore.
