Helps relieve joint pain when meditating.
I got this pillow to lift my butt off the floor and relax my knees while I meditate. I like the material it's comfortable and doesn't sink to the bottom.

Great cushion for long duration sitting
I liked the design and the colors. Works great for my meditation practice and everything is as expected. The cover can be taken off for wash and has an inside liner to hold shells, I saw some cheaper once that didn’t have the liner. I have not wash tested but the fabric and the construction looks solid and my expectation is it would hold up. Only complaint is it’s a tad bit expensive over others.

Supportive and comfortable
It’s my favorite. Allows me to do yoga without any pain. Supports my back to sit up straight and enjoy all kinds of mat exercises. Would buy again

Pricy but worth it
Not cheap but cannot fault it. No issue with bugs so far with the buckwheat.

Zafu ideal y comodo
Genial producto.
