Is this inositol myo-inositol?

Not sure. Most brands do have myo-inositol. This is a great brand. I LOVE inositol. It is great for hair regrowth, nails, liver support and especially, to mellow you out without a change in mentation. I have suggested it to patients, all of whom have had great benefits. A doctor colleague actually prescribes it to her patients.
