This snake worked great on both of my central AC unit's condensate drain lines. PVC line was 1 inch and this tool went through 45 degree bends without any problem. Not sure about 90° bends, as it may be too stiff. The end is very well made and the handle worked great. No fraying of the end like some reviews have stated.

This works as described and does what it’s supposed to do. In a side note for anyone wondering if you are looking to replace the cable in your Ryobi drain auger cause you don’t want to spend $65 on a replacement cable and drum this will not work

I tried using it to unclog AC main drain and cannot get past the first elbow coupler. If you force it, it bends easily like a straw. If it’s made specifically for straight pipes, then stated in the item’s description. Useless piece of metal and deserves zero stars.

Bought to replace the broken auger in my Rigid hand auger.The fit was perfect and was a better value than OEM.

It clears my kitchen clogs easily using the clean out access in the pvc pipe drain in my basement. Cleaning the snake was easy using a hose and water. It works well, it is easy to clean, and can be stored in a small amount of space.

Works ok. If there are tight turns or using with old cast pipes like we have this may not be what you're looking for. Gets caught up and then it's just to flimsy to get through p traps and turns.
