Good Supplement (Easy on Digestive System)
Easy to digest, I was taking ferrous sulfate before and having an upset stomach in the morning. With these I don’t have that and they’re comparable in price.

Best tolerated version of Iron
I did my research when I was told by my doctor that my iron was low (anemic). Iron Bisglycinate is the best tolerated type of iron if you don't want constipation. I ordered these and I am doing much better. No constipation either. I will be ordering more as needed. Well worth my money.
