I could tell from other reviews that this was going to be a higher quality ramen seasoning. What I didn't expect was just how good it actually is! I'm never satisfied eating a packaged ramen plain - I HAVE to add fresh ingredients and make it a leveled up ramen. I typically add soft boiled eggs, green onions, thinly sliced brisket, scallops/clams/catfish (if I'm feeling seafood-y), birdseye or Korean chili, enoki mushrooms, bok choi, fresh rice noodles, and kimchi or seaweed depending. With that said, this seasoning powder is so great to have at the ready in the pantry for any impromptu ramen EXPERIENCE. The flavor itself is so deep. It hits all of the classic tones you crave out of an instant ramen, but also has a satisfying meatiness and depth overall. I'm sure that attests to the quality of the ingredients, I just can't believe how they manage to such a deep flavor without using meat. I don't personally care if my food has meat or not. It just has to have the depth and umami, and Samabila definitely figured that part out. This seasoning has become a staple in my kitchen and I actually find myself also using it to have as a side dish soup. I'll put together some leftover tofu, cabbage, bok choi, etc. and cook it with this seasoning to have a nice hearty soup on the side. Love Samabila and can't wait to see what they roll out next!

My daughter cannot have gluten so I buy rice noodles and make ramen for her with this powder. It legit tastes like ramen

This soup powder has a very good flavour to it It is very good for someone who is gluten-free. All I do is add noodles and vegetables to it so it is perfect when you’re not well or just need something quick.
