I originally rated this kit a little lower because I had trouble putting the ignitor in place. I found my mistake and installed my original ignitor just fine. It fits the burner tube just like the arrangement when the grill was new. With this kit in place, my grill is working great again. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this kit again.

It was time to replace the burners in my 5 year old Char Broil Classic (463432114). This kit contained everything that was needed to replace the burners(4) and Heat plates(4) along with (3)flame carryover pieces. As a surprise to me it included the hardware and (4)different sized electronic spark starters to replace my old one, 2 long and 2 short wired ones. I only changed out the one to the burner in the grill. Gloves are a must for this job since you will be working around greasy and rusted parts. Took out the old burners and replaced them with the new ones, everything is pretty straight forward, only hard part was one of the burner tubes was rusted in place, but nothing a little WD-40 couldn't fix. Job took only about 30 minutes to complete. My grill sits covered outside and is exposed to the Florida sun and rain so i'll have to see what kind of longevity I get out of the replacement parts. but everything looks like new and it still functions properly, so if I get another 3-5 years i'll be happy.

I bought this kit to repair my 4-burner Char Broil grill. Installation is easy and everything was going good until I got the last burner tube. It wouldn't slip onto the gas valve easily like the other three. Closer inspection revealed that the hole in the endcap on the burner was punched off-center, keeping it from aligning properly. I ended up reinstalling one of the old burner tubes that wasn't completely rusted out...but I would rather have had 4 burners that would actually pass quality control...

Perfect fit on our Char-Broil tru infrared grill. Like getting a new grill at a fraction of the cost.

The installation was simple, had to be considering there were no installation instructions. I think this is due to the fact that the kit will fit multiple grills. My only suggestion is that you look closely at your grill BEFORE you start the replacement. The gas crossovers fit in a specific direction and I had to do a little googling to ensure my way was correct -- it wasn't, but is now. The kit included 4 igniters, I only needed one for my grill so I have have more spares that I could ever use. All in all, this was real value for money and in another 4 or 5 years, I'll buy again. Thumbs up...and 5 stars.

I was about to spend $200-300 for a new grill because all of my burners and heat plates were rusted even though the rest of the grill was in great condition. Then I discovered these replacement parts. All pieces fit perfectly and operate perfectly on my ChatBroil 463439915.

Perfect fit and finish. Took my barbecue from scrap to like new condition. Well priced compared to OEM parts. I recommend these parts.
