This has been the only product that it has worked for me. I have tried many inositol pills with half of this active ingredients and i have not seen a difference but with this product i started noticing a change in my hormones within a week. I take two scoops in the morning with my coffee so i do not forget to take it in the afternoon but this is optional. Is a little pricey but it works.
