I am having problem on my laptop with Microsoft. the word is not working the outlook is working. when I bout the laptop it was Free Office 2024 window 11 but now it is not working. unfortunately, I cannot return it to amazon. A:- this is about word that I can't use. even though my laptop was Free Office Window. Microsoft Word fontinue in Your software cannot be activated because the Product key used to install the software is not valid. Please uninstall the software and then reinstall it using a valid Product Key, If you believe that you are getting this message in error, click Back and choose the telephone option The telephone activation option will provide you the opportunity to speak with a support representative about all activation by issues. This computer was awful. The keyboard functionality broke just after 1 month. Cheap. Do not buy!! And if you do the only give you back 1/10 of your refund due to a 90% restocking fee.

Very timely shipping and damage free. I love that it has a separate number key pad. Perfect for my personal documents and emails. Also came with lifetime Microsoft Office.

The computer works fine. It is bit smaller than my previous HP laptop and the keyboard does not have the same function keys of my old computer. For the cost, this computer works great - and I can learn to work around the keyboard function changes, although there are a couple I really miss. But, this computer came with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows 11 already loaded on the computer. For the price I paid, compared to comparable computers, this was a steal.

I bought the computer because Microsoft Office was included with a lifetime license. An HP technician said Microsoft 365 had been installed and didn’t have a license agreement. He said I had a good deal on what I ended up with, so I spent the money for him to install Microsoft Office with a lifetime license. I like the way the computer operates, the touch screen, the speed, and the ability to switch from my old computer to the new one. The screen is wide enough for me and the total weight is minimal. If it wasn’t for the lack of the initial Office software I would have gone 5-stars.

The laptop was delivered on time with proper packaging. The upper outer cover of the laptop showed excessive wear and scoring, but was otherwise in good condition. The reason for returning it was due to the keyboard not working properly. About half of the keys had to be pressed pretty hard to log the press. It was almost impossible to type passwords. Compressed air didn’t help the keys function.
