I use this for 30 secondstwice daily as part of Dr. Ellie Phillips mouth care system. It has a bit of a burn to it, but once you get used to it, it’s not so bad, especially followed by the other mouthwash in her system. If you haven’t heard of Dr. Ellie Phillips encourage you to look up her tooth and gum care system it’s great.! It’s also important to know that Listerine kills the bad germs that cause gum, disease, and plaque without harming the good bacteria in your mouth using essential oils not harsh chemicals.
