This is hard for me, because the ur3s are my absolute favorite earbuds because of the sound quality. But I’ve noticed that these refurbished ones have not been lasting as long as they normally do. My recent set only lasted a month or two. It’s REALLY cool if you get lucky with a good pair, but the last few I’ve bought either had major issues (like the volume kept lowering permanently on a pair) or they just don’t last long. I appreciate the effort to fix these, but I can’t afford that chance anymore

Great product and sounds great

after 6 months of use the right earbud has no sound ! the left is cutting out . there is no sign of wire distress. this is my second pair the first pair worked good for two years before they failed . bummed on the quality

Sometimes they can glitch and make the phone say it’s not compatible, or make a weird high pitched noise, but it’s okay.

I had no issues like the ones I read, I love the sound, and it brought different sizes ear tips. They look and feel brand new.
