This is the most affordable adjustable dumbbel set I was able to find anywhere and it works really well. It has small increments, which is great for a variety of exercises. The mechanism to switch weights is smooth. It was posted quickly and arrived on time. No complaints whatsoever.

Bought this product as needed weights that didn’t take up too much space. These have been excellent, super easy to use and don’t take up too much space. Works really well as me and my partner require different weights when working out and it’s really easy to change. Great quality and not an eye sore as can be tucked away.

My first pair of adjustable dumbbells, I really like the fact that these go up in 2kg increments. It makes them much more user friendly for everyone and use for a wider variety of exercises. They are fairly long in length which caught me by surprise but makes sense when you see them. They were delivered promptly and told that Amazon delivers in 2 packages which I was not aware of at the time of ordering but communication from Braingain was excellent via a text service.

Easy to use adjustable dumbbells. Really convenient to move up and down weights during your session without the faff of traditional adjustable weights. Good range of increments on these dumbbells, especially the heavier the weight as many adjustable dumbbells I looked at had some large increments at the higher end - not ideal if you are trying to progress. These dumbbells have allowed me to ditch my PT and get a decent range of weights without needing a large floorspace that would have been needed if I had bought all of the increments up to 36 kg.

I have used these dumbells for quite some time now and they've been fantastic! Very easy to change weights, the 2kg increments are brilliant for progressive overload and they go all the way up to 36kg which is perfect for what I need. I was a bit sceptical at first about the plastic handle that hold the weights, but it feels very secure and so far I haven't had any kind of a problem whatsoever.

Good quality product. Affordable price. Seems a bit too big as its main part(handle) has certain length, but not a problem at all. I've been using this product for 2-3 months now and don't have any issues with that. I'm happy with my choice. Thanks BRAINGAIN :)

Best adjustable dumbbells I've tried. Love the increments on these, really easy to move and change the weights.
