I don't usually leave reviews for supplements, but I genuinely wanted to for these because they've made such a difference for me. I started taking them hoping they'd help with my PCOS symptoms, and after using them consistently I noticed my periods became so much less painful. That alone made them worth it, but I also started seeing less unwanted hair growth and even felt like they were helping with my insulin resistance and cravings too. I can't say for sure it was the supplements but paired with a keto diet I lost just over 20lbs in the space of two months. I know supplements don't work the same for everyone, but these have honestly been a game changer for me. They're easy to take, don't upset my stomach, and I've already reordered because I don't want to be without them. They are pricey but for what they've done for me I'd say it's well worth it. If you're on the fence and looking for something to support your PCOS symptoms, I'd definitely say they're worth giving a try.

I struggle with really intense emotional lows and mood swings before and after my period - so bad at times that I cannot function as a normal human and feel like it’s affecting my relationship and work. But ever since I’m on these pills it basically vanished and I feel in control and like myself again ! Have been taking these for a couple of years and they have done well regulating my cycle. I do take 4 capsules twice a day which seems a lot but worth it for me to go from months without a period to a period every month.

I started taking this supplement a month ago, primarily to manage PMDD symptoms and hormone-related issues like sugar cravings, low mood, and intense fatigue leading up to my period. I was skeptical at first, but I can honestly say this has been life-changing for me. Normally, around a week before my cycle, I’d experience overwhelming cravings, especially for sugar and junk food as well as mood swings, brain fog, and a strong sense of being out of control with eating. It felt like I was just watching myself binge, without any way to stop it. Since introducing myo-inositol and D-chiro inositol into my daily routine (diet and exercise came easy once I added this), the shift has been dramatic: • Cravings have significantly reduced — I now feel more stable and in control • Mood is calm and clear, even as my period approaches • I can stop eating when I feel satisfied, something that used to be really hard for me • My energy feels consistent, and I don’t hit the usual emotional lows I used to I pair it with magnesium threonate, berberine, and fish oil, which seem to work synergistically — but the impact of this inositol blend on its own is absolutely noticeable. If you struggle with PMDD, PCOS, emotional eating before your period, or general hormonal imbalance I would highly recommend giving this a try (check with your health care provider if you’re not sure) Just be consistent and patient — the results build over time, but they’re real.

Does it work

I don’t have pcos but started taking these to shorten my follicular phase & they worked first month of taking them. Moved ovulation from day 21 to day 17. I also got pregnant that cycle too!

I’ve used powder form myo inositol and I felt it made a huge difference to my pms. I am not PCOS but estrogen dominant and it works. I read that it’s best combined with D chiropractic inositol so this seemed a good choice and have used other nutrivo products before successfully. At the moment I am only remembering and managing to take 2 a day rather than the recommends x4 (2 twice daily). I think it’s therefore ok but I’m obviously not getting the full benefits. It’s a shame the dosage requires for capsules or that we can’t take it in one go I haven’t tried. Therefore, I found the powder form in water in one drink a lot more manageable but I am happy to try this again and hopefully be prepared enough to take it morning and night.

I was getting on really well with these inositol capsules… until suddenly I wasn’t. I started noticing that I was feeling more sluggish again and generally going back to how I felt before. I couldn’t understand why, as they had been working really well for me. Then, when I went to order another pack, I noticed in the reviews that the recipe/ratio had been changed. Suddenly it all made sense. Why change something that was already working so well? I’m really disappointed, as I genuinely thought I’d found a product that worked for me. Sadly, I won’t be ordering these again.
