I received the product in good condition, and the quality is great but here's a thing I want to mention : Pros: If you have flaky hair, just massage your scalp with this massager for 15-20 minutes before washing—it helps remove dandruff effectively. Cons: After using it, it caused a lot of tangles on my hair, which took another 15-20 minutes to detangle it.🥲

The one that arrived is of very cheap material. Not a marble massager, but a cheap plastic one.
