The jowbeam user manual says it's ok to use non-rechargeable 18650 batteries. can we not use rechargeable 18650s? emailing support gets no reply.

i use rechargeables in mine with no issues. i did have to slightly modify the battery adapter tubes. stock they are loose they battery bounces around losing connection. i heated them with lighter just enough to add some tension to the ends and it fixed it. i hate zoomable led flashlights but for traffic wands these work well and the wands are actually durable.

Do these lights have a car charger

No mine use 3aaa batteries or one 18650 rechargeable battery that I charge separately.

How do you make it strobe or flash?

The power button controls everything. By continuously pushing the button it will cycle through brightness settings, flashing/strobe, and even S.O.S.

Does this product include the flashlight?

Yes. The orange wand easily unscrews, and you have a regular flashlight. The kit includes 2 complete flashlight units.
