Be aware that this is NOT a soft close toilet seat as advertised. Like many other reviewers have experienced, I paid a bit extra for the soft close version. Only after fitting did I find out that it isn't soft close, which is annoying having paid a premium for it. Would have accepted it as a one-off mistake until I read all of the other customer reviews having the same experience. I'd bet most people just live with it rather than go to the hassle of changing it again, which means the seller is quids-in. I've sent mine back for a refund.

This is advertised as a soft close toilet seat, well its not and is exceptionally expensive for the product. If it hadn't been for the fact that my partner has already fitted it I would be returning it. Waste of money for what is advertised, shame on you Amazon.

Slightly different shape to the original but fitted fine. Made of a more “brittle “ plastic however and I sat on the lid and it split in two. I sat on the original lid every day still do on the others with no problems. Got a refund no problem but I’ll try another make as I can’t recommend this .

This product is not very sturdy - the plastic threads stripped as I tightened it using my fingers.

Il sedile è di misura perfetta per i WC standard ovali. I fori sono a 15.5cm di distanza con poco gioco, e non era scritto da nessuna parte. Sembra in effetti realizzato in duroplast, che dopo la resina è il materiale più resistente per le tavolette. Ho dato 4 stelle perché manca completamente l'indicazione della marca Dolomite sia sulla scatola che nei foglietti interni. Al 99% è di origine cinese come il 99% dei prodotti in commercio, il che non esclude che sia di buona qualità. Al momento dell'acquisto costava 28 euro contro 50 circa per gli altri sedili in duroplast che ho trovato su Amazon, e l'unica differenza era il tipo di montaggio, questo è classico, con un solo centimetro di gioco, mentre gli altri hanno un sistema che si adatta a fori molto più vicini o lontani.

Produit acheté en mai 2023. Il est cassé. Il me semble qu'il était garantie 2 ans.
