Cut the skin not safe to use
Cut the skin everywhere. This is not safe to use.

Just what I needed
This works really great and the fact that you can use it wet or dry just is the best thing. I like how sharp the blade is, but yet I haven’t cut myself a single time using this really very safe for beginners

Not for thin hair
I have blonde thin hair on my legs. And while this shaver works when the hair is very grown out, on shorter light thin hair, its doesn't work well at all. I had to make about 10 passes over every part of my leg to see hair removal, and there was still a lot of stubble left behind.
