I don't use lotion on my hands, but I sweat a lot. Will they yellow from sweat? How many of each size in a package?

No yellowing! They are all different sizes so you can find the perfect size. They are clear plastic and do not show at all! They keep my tings in place perfectly. 5 stars!

This wont damage the ring itself in any way will it? If i wash my hands alot rusting wont occur?

I found that this particular supplier had the best fit for my ring. The other competitor's one that I tried kept falling off (especially when washing my hands) and didn't fit the ring properly. This one has not fallen off and fits fits perfectly - I have no fear of that the ring will fall off. The adjuster is made from a soft plastic and won't damage the ring. There shouldn't be any rust unless your ring is rusty! I would recommend this manufacture's ring adjuster.

Not familiar w/ these. It looks like you would have to put it on the ring before you put the ring on your finger. How will it fit over your knuckle?

You slip the adjuster on the ring after your ring is on your finger and past your knuckle. There will be a space between your finger and ring...slide the adjuster on to your ring.
