Its better than my last one and I like the microwave pot, my friends think its a bit hippy that I use a cup but I do recommend them albeit it weird to review one , definitely better for your body and I find they make things finish a bit quicker , really weird to review this but hope it helps and this one is comfortable and easy to use once newbies get the hang of it

I love these. I have 3 I think. Very easy to use. With practice, they're easily inserted and removed (I add some cold water to it before insertion to help it). They hold a good amount of liquid and I don't have to worry for most of the day. Definitely more hygienic than pads or tampons. It recommends being emptied and cleaned every 6-12 hours (which I'd say is about right). The outside shell case can be used to sterilise it with water in a dish in the microwave for 3-5 minutes. They're easily carried in the case and portable in a handbag/bag.

If you’re confident with bell shaped cups, it might be okay, but the suction is strong and it’s really difficult to manipulate inside you. I genuinely had to go to hospital and it took 2 doctors 4 attempts to remove it. I’ve been using cups for 8 years and have never had an issue until now. They also struggled to see it due to the colour - which I hadn’t considered at first! Case for microwave is fantastic, but my cup is now in a hospital biowaste bin…

Great product, will recommend. Holding back 1 star because it is a little stiff compared to other cups I have tried. Great for not so heavy days, as the cup seems to also be a little smaller than other brands I have tried.

I definitely recommend getting this its great it fits brilliantly I have no trouble putting in or taking out its really easy and nice I'm 32years old have had 3 children but by cesarean cos of my epilepsy but these are brilliant thank you ever so much 👍🏼💐

The cup works in that I haven't had any leaks, but the band at the top is very hard and uncomfortable to put in even using the right technique. The little bit at the bottom is also hard and it takes a while to position it comfortably. Even when it's in the best position possible, I can feel it so it is slightly uncomfortable. I don't recommend this cup, I dread having to change it each time because it's so stiff and painful to remove/insert.

It says one size for all. It is a small one & unfortunately it's no good for me. I found it leaked through the night. Ok through the day, but had to empty too often & was worried about leakage so had to buy another larger one. Others have said it was quite hard, I found it ok. Positive is the hard case it comes in.

Very comfortable and affordable. The quality is very good. Easy to care for and no smell whatsoever. This is the second one I purchase since I like to switch them out twice a year.

This item is my absolute favorite it’s so easy to insert you can’t even feel that youre using it

This size is very comfortable, smaller than my last one and fits be better. If you have tried a bigger version and feels uncomfortable maybe this one will fit you better.

The container pops open and falls out spilling the water everywhere after less than two mins, so not sure how it can go a full three. But the cup itself works and the container keeps it clean when not in use.
