I bought these just to try. Supplements don't usually work on me and its frustrating! So as with everything else I wasn't sure they were working either so I stopped taking them after 3 months. Then when my first hot flash came I realized that these pretty little purple pills actually worked! ON ME! All my menopausal symptoms dissappeared and a month after not taking them the symptoms came back pretty rough. So needless to say I am back on them!

For any woman going through menopause, I highly recommend this! Since I've been using this product, I have not experienced one hot flash. I have a lot of stress in my life, and this product keeps my stress level contained. I recommend this to every woman I come in contact with. I wish it was priced a little lower, because this is something that I need every month and I don't make a lot of money. I actually work overtime just to get this product. But I highly recommend it

Worked great for a few months. I have more hot flashes now than before, and I’m in postmeno! Sleep is hit or miss too now. I’m constantly throwing covers off then back on. Sleep with w fan going and windows open and I still wake up like someone placed a space heater next to me in bed. Fortunately, it’s only my dog but even he’s had to move a few feet over. I can’t take it, and then all day long I get these microbursts of heat. Who doesn’t love that on a zoom call w coworkers. I immediately rip off my top as soon as I can end those calls. It’s crazy and I’m so over it. The only upside is my cooch hasn’t dried out but if it does I might try their other product for that. Fingers crossed we stay good there. Anyway, “A” for effort on their part for trying. Product works for some but imagine much has to do w where you’re at and where your dr leaves ya. She swore nothing would change after ripping out that mirena but I’m starting to really wonder. Anyway, moving onto something else. Try it and see how it goes. It’s run its course for me.

I tried this for hot flashes and restlessness and sleep problems. First week I took 1 daily - I always use caution when starting new things. At first I felt like I didn't sleep at all and had more hot flashes. By the end of the week it was just ok. Not really any better than prior to starting. I typically have a couple hot flashes daily for a few days a month. So I decided maybe I could try the 2 day full dose. OMG that was the absolute wrong thing to do for me. I wanted to live inside the fridge. I think I had at least 7 a day until it had been a week without taking them. It took at least 3 weeks until the hot flashes settled back down to what I would have considered normal for me. Now I feel like my hot flashes are bearable so at least there's that as a plus... Now as far as restlessness and my ability to sleep... My husband noticed. He laughed when I told him "I almost left the room so you could sleep... But my legs were tired of moving so I stayed put and continued to toss and turn until it was almost time to get up. I'm so freaking tired." He said "Me too - but I figured you'd eventually give up and fall asleep. So I didn't get up either. Now I wish you had left because I'm tired too". Now for my EXTRA bonus - Migraines! I had one for like 5 days. Then another that took double what I usually need to get rid of one. So...IF you wanna sweat a lot, while being unable to sit still, or sleep and enjoy wicked headaches this might be right for you... I mean, after all, my hot flashes seem mild now, my migraines seem not so bad and the restlessness seems trivial when compared to the 2 weeks using this and the 3 weeks after I stopped taking this stuff.... Use with caution

For anyone who is taking this product, this product works very well for like three months, and then it stops.At least that's what it did for me after 3 months. It was no longer doing anything. I don't know, is it to my body or if it's the product? But I wasn't going to take any chances. I found a new product which is half the price.And I have been taking it for months now and no issues
