Extremely disappointed with the service. The air fryer was not packed properly, despite being a fragile and expensive product, and I received it damaged. I had to call customer service 5–7 times to arrange a return. Twice, the pickup was scheduled but the delivery agent refused to collect it. After nearly two weeks of constant follow-ups, it was finally picked up. Very frustrating experience. better order it through their official site.
