Pleasant flavor, not overly sweet
Of the three Chateau del ISH sparkling flavors (this, white, rosé), the Espumante was the most pleasant. The other two had, for me, a slightly yeasty nose and a dryness that verged on bitter. This was mildly dry and a far better alternative than some sparkling juice type drinks I’ve tried in the past. I found the taste of this similar to some low or mid-level alcoholic sparkling wines although it did not have the unique flavor found in high end sparkling wines or Champagne. This was an excellent choice for a dry holiday celebration.

Inaccurate description, I lost my money
This is not a zero-proof sparkling wine—it contains <0.5% ABV. I’m breastfeeding and cannot consume any alcohol. I’m very disappointed that the product description was inaccurate. Had I known it wasn’t truly 0.0%, I wouldn’t have purchased it. Now I’ve lost my money.

One of the best sparkling subs if you enjoy something a little on the sweeter side. Perfect pairing for desserts or just to sip on in this sweltering heat. Zero Proof and Ish are consistently superior in every way.
