Best investment I made for sleeping
For me it have done wonders. Good for deep sleep and especially if U have work in the morning it doesn't make you over sleep. When you wake up it gives a good energy through our your morning.

The very best for deep sleep and no migraines
I have to take magnesium to keep from getting migraines! I’ve tried many different brands, but I’ve found Trace to be the most effective, and in particular this liquid magnesium glycinate. I’m 57, 5 years into menopause and I sleep like a fat baby! The taste is sweet and mild.

Tastes so delicious and is very hydrating
I am coming up on my second week drinking this magnesium and let me tell you, it works! Along side a good sleep hygine, it can get you to bed pretty fast. It makes me excited to go to bed honestly. And not to mention it tastes wonderfull. I had originally tried another powdered magnesium but that one was in cocoa form and while it was delicious, it was too decadant to have every night before bed imo, way overpriced, and it didnt really seem to work as well as this product. That being said i have only been using this product for about 2 weeks now and i am sure most of the effects havent fully kicked in. It is nice before bed because it is hydrating once again. I will be looking forward to how it continues to help me as i enjoy it.
