Wow this is an intense workout. You can immediately feel the muscles working after a few chews. It is hard at first so be careful on the initial chews but once the shell breaks it’s fine. It smells great and taste great as well. Much better than some of the other gums I’ve tried. The flavor lasts a long time and I even reuse the same piece for a couple sessions, that’s how durable it is. I would recommend starting out doing 4-5 minutes of slow chewing on each side then work up if you want. This is like lifing weights for your jaw. I would definitely recommend.

I tried all the jawline gums this past week and JAWCKO came out on top for several reasons. Effectiveness- I had a full week of chewing all the gums and JAWCKO was the most consistent in terms of hardness. The other gums are either too soft (stick gum) or too hard. It does what it's supposed to do and that's what matters the most. JAWCKO has that quality over quantity aspect down even the packaging looks and feels premium. Workout- I like the clear routine/instructions. Both sides of my jaw muscles are fully engaged when i'm chewing. I gave up the other gum brands as JAWCKO has the best muscle engagement. It's just a lot more convenient than other methods and it's a great addition to my gym/wellness routine. Taste- It actually lasts a while and doesn't disappear super quick like the rest of the gums. The flavor is quite good and comparable to top grocery store gums. I like the variety of flavors and i'll be trying the other flavors when I finish this pack. Ingredients- By far the best in terms of minimal use of artificial sweeteners. It doesn't contain aspartame like the rest of the gums. Did some research and there's nothing alarming or harmful in the ingredient list. I tried another brand that was mislabeled so I appreciated the transparency of JAWCKO. Overall- A great product that's effective. The other gums were lacking in consistency and flavor.

Gum could be a little harder. Hard at first but gets soft easily. Taste fine. Does grow massesters.

Bought this for my nephew and after using it consistently, his jawline actually looks more square and defined. The gum is very tough at first, but that’s kind of the point. He liked the flavor and thought it was fun to use. Good option if you like novelty fitness products or want something different to try.

Don't waste the money. Flavor lasts exactly 3 chews. You can literally tell on chews 3 that it's gonna be the last flavor you get, then you're just tasting your spit while attempting to chew the hardest substance known to man. Not even slightly enjoyable. I thought the gum would just be slightly more hard than normal products, not chewing on flavorless steel.

I bought this to help me with a new habit I developed (cheek chewing) the feeling of this gum is an absolute 10/10! Initially it’s really hard to “break down”, use your spit to break it down with each bite you take! It tastes great! I got the watermelon flavor and my mouth is salivating so much that I keep spitting 🤣 gum is the perfect thickness and texture, definitely do not see this breaking down the way let’s say Juicy fruit does. I wanted gum that would last me longer than typical and after 2min of this first piece I think I found the one!

Tastes Good: I tried the watermelon flavor and it was really nice and lasted long. Super Tough: You can feel your jaw working after a few minutes. Healthy Option: It’s sugar-free and vegan, which is great. Good Value: You get a lot of gum in the pack, so it lasts a long time. I've noticed some improvement in my jawline after using it regularly. Definitely worth a try if you want to train your jaw!
