They don't really work. Although they have plastic grips on the heel - as soon as you slide a loafer on the socks bunch down. If you fiddle a bit, and hold on to the sock whilst putting the shoe on you get a better fit - but only just. I suspect it's the lack of elasticity in the body of the sock which means unless your feet are a precise size for the sock it's not just not going to work.

More of a loose-ish fit on my feet since I’m uk 8.5/9. But overall good quality socks and sits well on my feet despise being a little loose.

They're okay for the price of a bulk lot (6 pairs) but they slip off my heel. I'm a women's 12/13 or men's 10/11 and they are borderline too small. Definitely not for larger feet.

Ordinary - 2 minutes in and they are slipping down my foot. Gave another pair a chance and same result - now wearing no socks with my loafers......
