Great SPF 50 face moisturizer. I have very sensitive skin, and this has been very gentle. The ingredients used for sunscreen include Zinc oxide which many sunscreens don’t. From what I’ve read, this is a very important ingredient and I don’t use sunscreen products that don’t contain it. Goes on smoothly, and it’s soft and non-greasy. Has not caused any reactions. Unscented. Will buy again.

I’ll be honest when I saw CeraVe came out with a new SPF 50 facial moisturizer, my first thought was no way is that going under my makeup. I fully expected it to be heavy, greasy, and sticky. I almost didn’t even try it and I’m so happy I did. I had been happy using the CeraVe SPF 30 for a while and thought it was a very good product but when I saw they released a new SPF 50 version I figured why not get even more protection while I’m at it. Same brand I already loved and trusted but just better coverage. My skin is sensitive and I have to use hypoallergenic products on my face, so I’m always cautious about trying something new. But this went on just as light and smooth as the 30 did with no stickiness, no heaviness and my makeup went right on top without any issues at all. One pump and I have my moisturizer and SPF 50 done at the same time. Faster morning routine, one less product and my skin is protected all day. So HAPPY! If you’re already a CeraVe SPF 30 fan this upgrade is absolutely worth it. More protection with the same great feel. One small con is that when the bottle gets low it is really hard to get that last bit of product out. Small frustration for something I love this much. Our whole family are CeraVe fans and this new SPF 50 has earned its spot on my bathroom counter.

I’ve been using this CeraVe SPF 50 moisturizer and overall it works really well for me. The texture is lightweight, feels hydrating, and doesn’t leave my skin greasy. It also absorbs pretty quickly. I like that it already includes sunscreen, so I don’t need extra steps in the morning. My skin feels comfortable and hydrated throughout the day, and I haven’t experienced any irritation or breakouts. It does leave a slight white cast at first, but it fades once you blend it in. It also sits nicely under makeup. Overall, it’s a practical and reliable option for daily use.

Amazing product! Doesn't clog pores. Leaves no white tint. Actually moisturizes. Fantastic sunscreen protection. Does not irritate my eyes or skin. I was paying a 400% markup from my dermatologist. 🤦‍♀️

I’m really glad I was able to buy this same day, especially since I’m using a retinol cleanser and realized I needed a good SPF for the morning. This moisturizer has been a great addition to my routine. It’s fragrance-free, which I appreciate, and it goes on smoothly while actually moisturizing the skin. It works very well for sensitive skin. If you tend to get oily in certain areas, it can leave a slightly greasy feel there, so I recommend using less product in those spots. A little goes a long way—one pump is usually enough for the face and neck, and two pumps would be more than enough. Because of that, the bottle should last a while, even though I was a bit disappointed that the size is smaller than expected. It is on the pricier side for the amount, but since you don’t need much, it balances out. This SPF 50 lotion layers really well under makeup. I’ve applied foundation over it with no issues—no pilling, no separation, and it doesn’t ruin the makeup at all. Overall, this is a solid daily SPF moisturizer, especially if you’re using retinol and need sun protection in the morning. I liked it enough to buy two, knowing I’ll be using it every single morning. Reliable, gentle, and effective.

Update: it turned out that the product was perfectly fine. What's not was the face wash. After I switched to a moderate face wash, the symptoms went away. And this lotion works so well in the winter. It helps to moisturize the skin without make it too oily (I don't wear foundation on top of it). The white cast is okay for regular Eastern Asian skin tone. I just bought a second bottle. ------------------------------------------------------------- I have been use PM lotion for months and it works very well. So I decided to try the AM lotion. At first, everything is good. The white cast on my Eastern Asian skin seems not bad. I didn't find it to be dry or oil. However, after 5 days, all off sudden, the skin around my eyes feels burning whenever I tried to apply moisturizer after face wash , even the PM lotion now becomes irritating. I didn't realized it was the AM lotion issue at first and changed other skincare routine. But none of them helped. Then I decided to see if the AM lotion is the decision factor ( I really hoped not). However, after a whole day without applying the AM lotion, the sting and burning goes away. Thanks god! It's not my skin problem. So unfortunately, this lotion is not for me . Though it's not so thick/oil/dry for normal skin, it can cause skin irritation.

I’ve been using this moisturizer for a while and like that it combines hydration and SPF in one step. It keeps my skin feeling moisturized without being too greasy. The only small downside is that it can feel a little thick at first, but it absorbs well after a few minutes. Overall, a solid everyday product that I would buy again.

Lightweight but incredibly hydrating. My skin feels soft and nourished all day without any greasy feeling. Gentle enough for sensitive skin and a great base for makeup. I’ve repurchased multiple times and will continue to do so.
