Swiss Madison SM-WT442 Concorde Wall Hung Toilet Bowl

Looks good, flushes well, simple to clean, easy installation, well made, inexpensive. Perfect and exactly what I wanted in every way. I wasn't missing parts like another reviewer claimed so no complaints. I WAS a bit leery of the thin seat and lid when I saw them but those concerns proved to be unfounded now that I'm 6 months down the road. Other similar units cost twice as much (or more!) but there's no reason to spend that in my opinion. Use the savings for other things!

Visible overspray and flakes from saten spray paint. Via porcelain cast, on even surface has to be grinded down before installation. Ceramic, 2 inch water tank inlet. It's egg shaped wit air bubbles chips Yes it's will leak! 4 inch outlet Not enough tension around rubber seal use 100% silicone! Amazon advertised this product bolts and crews for installation included. They meant only for toilet seat! 2 inch and 4 inch plastic inlet's screws, bolts, nuts and padding against the tile. Not included! and you will have to spend another $100 some dollars for those to be replaced Due to faulty product and no amazone will not reimburse you four damaged parts need it to reinstall! This is my experience.Good luck to you!

Great toilet easy install and rgds the fixing pack !! You only get the seat and fixings for the seat and you get the plastic caps covering the fixing bolt that comes with the inwall Cistern / tank its threaded bar nuts and washers and comes with the tank and not the Toilet bowl. I am missing the five accessories package hardware, so i am not able to install. This is the second time I have bought this toilet with the same result. Maybe I am the stupid one. But how hard is it to package a toilet?

I would consider this toilet as "not installable" unless you got the hand of a 5 year old to put the nuts onto the thread of the bolts. While the connection outlets fit to the Swiss Maduson installation frame, they are offset and the wall hung toilet sits just 1,5 inches off the floor while the anticipated seat height is too low as well. So why "wall hung" if you cant get a mob underneath? If you wanna install it like on the photo, you need a pedestol to climb onto the toilet, and I am a tall guy. The position of the water and discharge connectors are actually offset and just copied over from the identical toilet shape but a different model which is floor mounted and called "back to wall toilet". So obviously a manufacturing flaw. I believe they use the same molding template for both models, but forgot to adjust the height of the outlets when switching production from one model to another. The toilet actually looks beautiful, but due to the finnicky tiny installation holes on the side I consider it as " not installable" for an average caucasian, not even a women can get her hand in to put the nut on, while just your fingers are too short. All tricks with sockets, tape and magnet failed and what not I have tried incl. Magnets failed on me as I have no straight access to the tiny holes in the toilet bay. All in all, the photos are not real, they are just computer-photorealistic or however this is called nowadays. A beautiful toilet, which challenges every experienced installer to the max. unless you are McGyuver (I thought I am, but found that out the hard way) I gave up on it and will look for another brand where the nuts are accessible on the outside of the body. Addition: I forgot to mention that both, the carrierframe and toilet come with wrong or missing parts, some neassurements in metric, some in inch and the cardbiard pattern for doing the cut outs is wrong too. Dont start your project until you gotvall the parts & pieces and double and triplecheckball meassurenents before you start. Swiss Madison custumerservice is a joke, dont bother with them.

Save yourself a tome and money and dont purchase this piece of garbage , the gasket to prevent leak it is piece of garbage , after installation leak from flush and the bowl. I had to remove it and go to building supply store yo find something i can stop the leaks. J had to buy few different gasket to try finally could stop leak . The installation and tight the bolt it is nightmare .

Produit entièrement fissuré donc impossible à installer. J'avais déjà dû annuler une commande qui avait été retardé de plus d'une semaine sur la date indiqué. problème sur problème avec ces produits mais le support mural est déjà installé.... Je dois retourner moi même le produit pour être remboursé pour un produit qui sera jeté (sans moyen de transport c'est impossible pour moi)...
