Under Armour Men's Charged Valsetz Zip Waterproof Tactical Boots

I only wish it was light brown or beige in color... but besides that thus shoe is Comfortable.. one of my best purchase in shoes. The size was right also it has stood up so far so it is durable the zipper is working fine...and it hold its own against moisture

Iv had these for a week. Fast break in period. It does have a rather large flap of material behind the zipper. I found that if you fold the material forward beside the tung it won’t rub against the ankle. I haven’t had time to test the water proofing but the are very well built boots and I have no doubt they will work. The boots are lightweight and comfortable they come with very durable shoestrings I’m on my feet all night in all kinds of weather they feel more like shoes than boots. Idk if they are worth 170$ yet but if they hold for at least a year I’ll call it a win . I’d definitely buy again. Update I was out in the rain for about 3.5 hours feet stayed dry so I’m very happy with this boot .

These Under Armour Unisex Adult Charged Valsetz Zip Waterproof boots are everything you've come to expect and love about under armor boots. They're light weight, loaded with cushioning for maximum comfort, soft & very flexible right out of the box. The "charged" system helps aid in walking and running by using rigidity in the right parts of the sole so it takes noticibly less energy to push off into the next step. The internal zipper covering flap is not uncomfortable in any way as one other review says. The rubber "vibram" protector at the front of the boot doesn't look bad like it looks in the stock photos. I don't know who's in charge of photographing and editing the marketing photos for these boots at under armor, but they need a lesson in marketing photography!! These bitch definitely look better in person than they do in the stock photos! I wasn't sure if I would like these boots because they don't look like the traditionally style boots we're used to, but once I received them and tried them on, I really really like them. The boots I'm comparing them to in the photos are a 6" version that's no longer made. This 8" version is not much taller when side by side. Even though these are 8 in tall, they're very easy to slide on and off, has noted by the video I uploaded to this review. Just undo the velcro, unzip them and push off with the other foot. Under armor has always made a quality, comfortable boot and they have continued that with these boots. The black colored leather takes polish fairly easily as well as does the front rubber vibram protector on the boots.

Best boots ever, the photos of this boot Do NOT do justice. These boots are way nicer in person than the photos. I just wish they also came in Coyote brown.

Extremely comfortable for a job that requires many hours of standing. The style of boot looks very nice. Great quality. Will definitely but another pair!!

Not the best waterproof boots but comfortable right out the box.

I was surprised to find out that under armor made tactical boots and I'm glad I bought a pair. These fit perfectly and didn't need a break in period. However the folds inside the zippers will need some breaking in, they did tend to rub on my ankles a little rough at first but after a week of breaking those in, they feel just right. I've bought other name brand tactical boots and these by far are alot cheaper and way more comfortable then the 5.11 boots I've bought before. For a non insulated boot they seem to keep my feet fairly warm which is usual for perfectly waterproof boots although during extreme cold tempratures you'll probably need insulated socks. You probably should avoid wearing these in extreme heat though as I'm sure your feet will sweat like crazy. Also I should mention these are extremely lightweight for a full sized boot and the traction on these are insane.

Waterproof! My feet have stayed cool. They are not very heavy and look professional yet relaxed in the uniform. After 30+ years in public safety- fire/ems/law enforcement - my ankles are no longer completely happy with me, and these boots have made the sifts go by without the pain at the end of the shift. Oh yeah, did I mention they are waterproof.

This is our 2nd pair especially with the zip feature this time is very convenient for using it on the go. This model has very comfortable soles for a long day at work with a lot of walking. There is no Composite toe cap.

I must say that these are one of the best Tactical - Waterproof shoes. They not only are comfortable but exceeded my expectations. Strong grip on wet trails. I Just Love them.
