Worst Experience with HP Laptop & Service
I regret buying an HP laptop. The product itself started giving issues within a short time, and the service experience is even worse. • Pathetic Service: For warranty claims, HP takes 2–3 months of waiting with no proper resolution. • No Customer Support: Even after multiple follow-ups, they only give excuses and delay. • Warranty Scam: Shockingly, during warranty period they asked me to purchase a new battery instead of replacing it. This feels like cheating customers. Overall, HP laptops are highly unreliable and their after-sales service is the worst I’ve experienced. I would never recommend HP to anyone.

Ok…issues with motherboard

Bad model - Problem with WIFI Adatper and No LAN Port
Since first day i am facing wifi adapter problem, My internet is getting disconnected after few seconds. This is very frustrated and i have tried to reach HP team to help but still they don't have any solution. I am wasting my time and on top of that This model doesn't have LAN cable port so it is useless at the moment till wifi adapter gets fixed

Laptop is nice.
The laptop is nice but not that good. I was expecting more than nice. The laptop has few major problems. Camera is one of them. Camera is definitely not a full HD. I mean I was disappointed by camera clarity. I have been using laptop from last 4 days. Battery is also an issue. It charges faster but. Battery drain is an issue in this laptop. Performance is nice. This is my opinion. After using this laptop for 4 days.
