We originally bought our first FeelNeedy fountain in September 2024, and it quickly became one of the best pet purchases we’ve made. Our cats have always been good water drinkers, but they would paw at their bowls to make the water move. We wanted to give them a larger, cleaner source of flowing water to encourage that instinct in a safer way. This fountain did exactly that from day one. The stainless steel build is solid, the pump is quiet, and the design is easy to take apart and clean. With regular maintenance and using RO water, our first unit has been running for over a year with zero issues—no mineral buildup, no odors, and no drop in performance. That reliability is what convinced us to buy three more over the following year. Across all four units, the quality has been consistent. The filters are simple to swap out and keep the water clear, especially with multiple cats using them throughout the day. The wireless, battery‑separated design is a huge plus in a multi‑cat home—no cords to chew or splash on, and the safety factor alone makes it worth it. My parents also own one of FeelNeedy’s other models, and their customer service has been excellent. When they had a pump issue, support walked us through troubleshooting and then offered a replacement. After switching them to RO water instead of hard well water, their fountain has been running smoothly as well. After a year of daily use across multiple units and multiple households, these fountains have proven to be reliable, easy to maintain, and genuinely loved by the cats. If you’re looking for a durable moving‑water fountain that actually holds up over time, this one has been consistently excellent for us.

My cats love this water fountain, and the humans in the house do too! Our cats were always jumping on the sink and wanting to drink water from the faucet stream requiring us to wait until the cat quenched its thirst. With more than one cat, who has time to do that so often a family member would open faucet, walk away and forget to come back to turn it off! We bought our first one and some of our cats were hesitant to use it but I trained the cats to drink out of it by placing the fountain in the sink. Now I can place anywhere in the house and the cats go to drink from the fountain often during the day. The 3.5L is more than sufficient for even 4 cats with the water reservoir lasting for several days. Plus, you really do want to change and clean the water bowl often anyways. I have already purchased two and do prefer the one that is stainless steel all around. It looks sleek and is very quiet. The battery life is a couple of weeks, so you don't have to be recharging often. The only problem I had was that the pump went out on one of the fountains but I contacted customer service and got excellent support from Joanna. She answered my emails promptly and at first offered some advice to thoroughly clean the pump and components, to try to reset the battery, etc. She asked me to follow up and when I told her I tried all her recommendation with no avail, she wrote back saying FeelNeedy would send me a new fountain! I have been recommending this fountain to all of my friends and neighbors.

I got one to test out for my pets and all of them love it and I also love it! My dog takes medicine that makes him drink more water so it’s nice to have something that holds so much water. My cats like it too so I’ll have to get another! It’s very easy to clean and set up.

Our small dog LOVES it, and it encourages her to drink more water. She tended to drink low amounts of water, and she tended to run dehydrated prior to ordering this. For this simple reason we LOVE it too. If you have a pet who you suspect doesn't drink enough water we would recommend trying this as well as wetting their food with water (even if it's already wet-food ;). It seems like the simple cue to drink more water comes from hearing the water flowing. She hears it and stops for a sip vs. always waiting until thirsty or hot from exercise to seek out water. We bought in mid-November and its almost May. Battery still has a long life and we have only charged it 3-4 times, so that's less than monthly at this point. We keep it on the motion-sensor setting and located it near her food bowl, which is a moderate traffic area so the water is circulated many times a day (I'd guesstimate at least 20 times/day), triggered by foot traffic and the dog herself. Simple enough to clean- comes apart easily, and you will get pretty fast at disassembly and reassembly after a few cleans & recharges. (But please stay on top of CLEANING the bowl and refreshing water at least once per week for the health and safety of your pets, people! Algae growth and bacteria collecting in water can make pets sick.) We feel this was a worthwhile purchase and have been considering getting another one for the upstairs water bowl The unit itself is good quality: nice stainless steel bowl, see-through and backlit strip so you can see water level, everything works well, directions for assembly and first use were simple and clear. We activated the warranty on ours and received a quick reply from customer service. We had originally mis-entered some of the information for our warranty and they were able to quickly resolve the mis-matching numbers to find our order and activate our warranty. I noticed other reviewers commented on this too: their customer service team is very responsive, and nice. There are a lot of little automatic bowls out there on amazon now, but if you want a high quality one (stainless steel bowl instead of plastic bowl, good capacity, and long-lived batter with good settings options - like continuous water flow, intermittent flow, or motion censored flow) this is a great company, with good customer service, to get yours from.

Was looking for a replacement for my cat fountain with some specific features and decided on the stainless steel model. I used to have a Petlibro for ~3 yrs (now a backup if needed) but was mostly plastic in construction, making it harder to clean/maintain. Pros: - Mostly stainless steel parts, which makes most parts dishwasher safe. It has been very easy to hand wash though. - Tank lasts about 5 days for 2 cats. - Motion sensor mode seems to be responsive. I originally went with the continuous mode but one of my cats seems to like playing pawing at the water when he gets the zoomies causing more dirty water to recirculate. Changing the mode seemed to have helped. - There is a little window on the tank to see how much water is left. - Battery is detachable from the fountain. - Parts have notches to easily tell if you have assembled them correctly Cons: - The middle tray holding the filter, battery and pump is still plastic. I would have preferred if the tray itself was stainless, since this is where the overflow water drains down to the filter. I understand though that it would be hard to manufacture as stainless steel. - The filter floats when in a lot of water. If you slightly overfill the tank the filter will float until it reaches the right water level. I'd rather not use the plastic cage to weigh the filter down so I may look for an alternative. It works fine otherwise. - The pump is attached to the middle tray, and the whole middle tray may need replacing if it breaks. The pump itself is similar to the petlibro pump but is wired. I wish there was a detachable connector to the battery instead of it being completely attached together. Other notes: - Device reminds you to replace the filter with a light. It is only based on a timer I think, and you just dismiss the light with a press of a button. - Quieter than my old cat fountain because of the spout shape (downward vs upward spout). I read before that the sound may encourage them to drink but have not noticed any difference in their drinking habits. - There's no power brick included, used a lower powered USB charger to keep it plugged in. Overall this mostly has the features I wanted. Originally I was debating if I wanted the separate waste tank options but consistent performance was more important to me to make sure my cats have water even when I am out.

It was working so well and my cats loved it. But, stop working after 4 months of purchase. I followed the instructions on keeping the filters change and cleaning the product. But the water stop flowing. Tried everything but it would not work. Send an email to the company on Sunday and I receive response next day with recommendations that I can try with option of possible solution and also possible reason for not working. After all the options they recommended did not work, they send me new pump next day. Now it is working as new. Not only they were fast to resolve my issue, also they were so friendly and professional, I am loyal customer.

I really like that this fountain is mostly stainless. The tray the filter sits in and the pump are plastic but the bowl, reservoir and the tube the water flows through are stainless. It’s nearly silent which is great and the battery life seems to be pretty good. I’m two weeks in and no issues. We’ll see after I’ve owned it for a while how that goes. I’m docking one star because the led light is really bright and annoying. They could tone down the light somehow and still achieve the mission. I feel like it’s kind of unnecessary in the first place as the water level meter is clear enough to see. Anyway that’s my only complaint thus far. Will update my review after I’ve had it longer for the battery life.

We were hoping to find a way to get our 10 year old male cat to drink more water. He's a stealth drinker so there was no way to monitor and we were putting extra water into his food every day. I finally decided to try this cat foutain. Wanted it to be fully wireless with an exterior battery and stainless so it wouldn't get slimy. This fit the requirements perfectly! It took him about a week to get comfortable with it--he's a bit skittish of new things and would run when it came on at first. We made a game out of getting him used to it because he always enjoyed drinking from the sink faucet and finally one day I caught him tanking up! I love that I can monitor the water level to know that he's actually using it. The water stays very clean and the water flow it perfect and it's a great size. Love that it has 2 options for water flow too. I clean it thoroughly once a week and it's is so easy to do. I used to have to clean his regular water bowl daily anyway so it's no big deal. Only takes about 10 mins to take it apart, clean it well and get it back into place. It's absolutely silent which is great for us since it's in the bathroom off our bedroom and it doesn't startle our skittsh boy when he walks near it. There is some plastic in the unit but cleaning it once a week it doesn't get too much of a slimy film at all, though if I could find one thing I would change, it would be to make the inner plastic piece stainless as well. The price compared to others is also great! Highly recommend it!!

I love it, the cats love it, easy to fill/clean, LONG BATTERY LIFE (I recharge once every 2 weeks), no noise, stays very clean ( I wash it out once per week) and the filter refills are cheap! Honestly cannot say one bad thing about this cat/dog water fountain, great product.

Habe den Brunnen vor ca. einem Jahr gekauft, leider funktionierte er schon nach 5 Monaten nicht mehr. Die 5 Sterne gibt es allerdings dennoch, da mit der Kundenservice ohne Diskussion einen neuen Brunnen zukommen hat lassen. Und nachdem ich - zur Überbrückung bis der Ersatzbrunnen ankam - einen ganz anderen Brunnen hatte (meine Katzen können nicht mehr ohne), habe ich auch zu schätzen gelernt, was "geräuschlos" und "gute Pumpenleistung" bedeutet. Man hört den Brunnen wirklich fast gar nicht und selbst wenn er mal ein kleines Geräusch macht reicht es in der Regel, ihn nocheinmal zu zerlegen und zusammen zu bauen. Der Wasserfluss beginnt ebenfalls nach nur 2 Sekunden sobald die Katze davor steht. Bezüglich Reinigung: Leider hat der Brunnen ein paar Stellen und Winkel an die man mit der zugehörigen Bürste nicht gut hinkommt. Ich habe mir hierzu noch extra Bürsten gekauft. Alles in allem lässt sich der Brunnen aber quasi komplett zerlegen, was in meinen Augen ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Der Akku hält bei uns mehrere Wochen (mit dem Akku aus dem ersten Brunnen habe ich jetzt ohnehin immer einen Ersatz) Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass ich durchaus zufrieden bin und meine anfangs skeptischen Katzen ebenfalls überzeugt sind (und nun deutlich mehr trinken als ohne Brunnen)
