My father hates vegetables!!
My father hates vegetables. He eats candy and all kinds of refined sugar garbage. The only thing he eats that is quasi healthy food is steams riced. This stock was an excellent way to sneak in a few veggies into his rice when made into a broth for steaming. He loves it and can't get enough of it. With no MSG and the individual packaging for freshness; you can't go wrong! I've bought it twice and look forward to buying it again/monthly.

For a quick desolve solution
You have to crush them first before adding water if you want to use as a quick cup of broth. I find it hells with my intermittent fasting as well.
