NEWQIDA 24V Ride on Dump Truck w/Electric Dump Bed, 2 Seats, Remote, Yellow

I researched quite a bit before purchasing and was very grateful for the reviews for this toy! It comes very well packaged, only took about an hour to assemble and is well made/ heavy duty for a kids toy! The remote is a plus when the kids are smaller and still don’t have all their motor skills. Our Grandson fell in LOVE with this! Bought for his 2nd bday. Will get plenty of use over next 1-2 years! Even the dump truck part works! I can’t give an opinion on any problems or return questions because thus far the purchase has been only positive. Truck has no problem hauling around two kids at a time!

We’ve had this for a couple of months now and it’s super fun. The fast mode is like a jog and slow mode is a comfortable walk. Dumping had been fun! We will put small things in it for him to drop stuff at the shed which kids love helping. It’s a sturdy build, somewhat easy to put together. The remote is a must for safety and is super handy. We LOVE this dump truck and hope it lasts a very long time.

This truck is fairly easy to assemble, has plenty of power to haul two kids, drives pretty good as far as steering, and plenty of other benefits. I don’t really have any complaints. I’ve had to replace two parts, a bolt for the front “control arm” and the steering gear box (my fault I drove it into something and it stripped the motor’s gears). The Customer support has been the best I’ve ever dealt with. Out of anything I’ve ever purchased. They have replaced both parts free of charge, even with the latest gear box being out of warranty and my fault. I’d recommend buying just so you can experience what great customer support is like.

I purchased this truck for my grandson who was thrilled to get it on his second birthday. Because he was a little young. He waited till this year to use it. Plugging it in my son-in-law smelled smoke and noticed the charger went on fire. Discarded the charger and bought a new one, which also began to smoke. I reported the incident to the manufacturer twice and not received any communication back. This was an expensive toy and we truly wanted it to work, but I don’t want to burn down my daughter‘s house with them in it. It’s a great looking toy, with lots of neat features. Customer service was terrible. The toy proved to be dangerous.

The kids in the neighborhood love this truck. After 1 year of use, the motor that controls the remote control steering stopped working. The plastic gears inside the motor were worn (this can happen over time when the steering wheel is used at the same time the motor is trying to steer via the remote). I contacted NEWQIDA customer support about the issue and they quickly shipped me a replacement motor. After installation, everything is good as new. Great customer service!

This truck was a hit with the family and was given as an early birthday gift. Very impressed with functionality, speed and capability. The leg space is pretty small so kids 5 & up might have problems fitting in. The seat belts need to be redesigned as they don't set right in the shoulder and not long enough to adjust the fit when wearing a winter coat. Our unit had a broken screw post and several screws missing from the undercarriage. The front steering mechanism was jammed up and took time to fix. How the steering column works with the steering mechanism could be improved as it rattles when you turn the wheel.

Well worth it! Going on almost two years and my two boys still love it! Remote recently stopped working but customer service was very responsive and sent me a new one even though it was out of warranty.

My 3 year old is obsessed with this dump truck and the customer service is excellent!! We accidentally broke the joystick and even though we were out of warranty, the company quickly sent another one for free.

Great quality, some assembly required, but overall build is doable & finished product is great. Battery life is fantastic on one charge. Remote is great for the small riders with no concept of steering yet. Unit speaker isn’t great, we purchased a small Bluetooth speaker to play music on.

My boy is really happy with it and it work wonderfully, for the money it was the Best birthday gift he could get

Works great. I have 2 small boys and they love it

Great unit, easy to put together, son loves it. It ended up braking down within a month of having it. Got ahold of the people that supply them through Amazon. Very helpful and sending parts!!

Bought two months ago and already doesn’t work at all and customer support has been terrible
