At first I thought this was just a blender machine or a food processor; however, I was surprised when I first used it on how good almond milk gets done with this little machine. One thing to note is that this machine is somewhat loud, so be prepared for blender-like noise levels. Other than that, this machine works exactly as intended, and the flavor and texture of almond milk is way better than using a regular blender. I also like that this machine can boil the water as well as keep warm. This helps almond skin to be peeled off easily, which helps the overall milk making process. I was also surprised by how well this is built, it does not feel cheap as other products you can find here in Amazon, so I hope this will last a few years. It is also bigger that what I expected; not sure if this is a good or bad thing, I guess this depends on your space, but I like that it is bigger as we can make more milk in less time and effort as compared to using a regular blender. I am very happy with my purchase, and I would extremely recommend it to anyone looking for a nut milk maker.

I did a lot of research before finding the right nut maker for soy milk. Don’t get me wrong, I use this to make almond milk just about every other day, but it was also important to me to find the right nut milk maker that could handle soy milk. Well, this is it! This machine is 800 watts of high power which blends the nuts, beans , oats up really good. All of my milks have come out pretty creamy and smooth. I don’t bother with the nut bag, I just pour the milk through a fine sieve, even my soy milk. That does a good job skimming without the mess in the bag. Having made soy milk from scratch, this is so much easier and so much less mess than cooking it on the stove, plus, the price is right at less than $100. One tip that brings this soy milk over the top, DO soak the beans overnight, 3 scoops along with 1/2 tsp baking soda to eliminate the “grassy” flavor. The directions don’t mention that and suggest that you don’t need to soak, but trust me, it’s a better flavor and creaminess if you do! I highly recommend this machine and I am happy to make my own milks to save money and to help decrease packaging in the environment! This is one great machine!

I am so glad I made the purchase. I've only owed it for a few weeks and I've only made almond milk. The milk is so good and the machine is easy to use. I added my ingredients and in one push of a button almond milk was in the making, it took only a few minutes to make. I have it on my counter because I do use it often and it's pretty. The machine is durable and it's easy to use and clean. This was definitely a good buy and with the money.

I love this milk maker. Now I don't have to lug cartons of soy milk home with my groceries. Note: instead of a metal tablespoon measure, it comes with a plastic cup that measures about 6-7 tablespoons. The company said it discontinued the tablespoon because of quality issues. One cup full is enough to make tasty soy milk. I don't strain it and it's just slightly grainy, which adds some protein and fiber. The instructions are easy. I just dump soy beans, medjool dates, vanilla, and fill with water to the max line. About 10 minutes later, I have quart of hot soy milk. I should have bought this years ago.

Arcmira or who ever is in charge sent me a used unit, and no accessories; had a plastic sheet just placed on top of the item. The main issue is how could a company allow a used, and i mean (used) item just pass through their inspection. Extremely dissatisfied....

I was so excited to receive my milk maker and finally make fresh almond milk at home without extra additives. The machine is well-packaged, easy to set up, and I appreciate that it comes with clear instructions. However, my first batch turned out much thicker than expected. The instructions say that using a cheesecloth or milk bag is optional, but I found it necessary to strain the milk to get a smooth texture. On my second attempt, I reduced the amount of almonds to just two spoonfuls with two cups of water, and I still had to strain the mixture. Another concern was that the first batch blended the almonds completely, but the second batch left large chunks of raw almonds at the bottom, almost as if the blade had dulled after the first use. Overall, I love the idea of this product and its simplicity, but I was disappointed that I still have to strain the milk and that the blending results seem inconsistent.

Machine is very sturdy and durable. Great value. Easy to clean. Works very fast. Just trying to get the right flavor.

We are so glad we finally bought a milk maker to make plant-based milks for our coffee and cereal. This one works great and we are very happy with it! I add a quarter cup of a variety of nuts such as almond and cashew or maybe even macadamia nuts, then one pitted date, a pinch of salt, and water. Sometimes I blend it twice for extra creamy, smooth milk. It’s so good! So glad we are not fine store-bought milk anymore, I don’t miss the preservatives. Also, it’s very easy to clean up so easy and I love not having to strain the milk through a nut bag like I used to in the past when I made homemade milk —doing the second blending really makes the milk smooth so cleanup is easier.

Leche deliciosa!!! Le cabe bastante y el ruido que hace es razonable, fácil de limpiar y muy prácticos los utensilios que incluye.
