This is the best seasoning powder! I've used it for Ramen - of course - but I also have used it for seasoning the water for spaghetti, spaetzle, shrimp, and other things. I love that it's low-sodium and it tastes amazing. I'll be buying this again and checking if the company has other flavors.

As someone who grew up with a household income below the poverty line, this is the replacement I needed for a good bowl of dry noodles. We made ramen noodles the "wrong" way - draining the water and then adding the seasoning. I used Lotus gluten-free noodles from costco, cooked, drained, and sprinkled this on top. It is so simple, and I wouldn't have it any other way! It's powdery, stirs right in, and BAM - I get my childhood back in the blink of an eye! I am uncultured and very basic, so I cannot compare this to anything other than a good ol' package of ramen noodles. Could be slightly spicier, but I don't measure it, and I haven't had the real stuff in 15 years, so it's only a memory. I feel like it's a good amount for your money considering you only need a small amount, the packaging is thicker than regular plastic, plus it seals. Just buy it.

This is perfect for broth when you're sick. Get water from the Keurig and this. It also makes good ramen. And what I call chicken ramen chicken. Coat the chicken up with this ramen seasoning and fry up. It's AMAZING. We but this in bulk and store it in a mason jar for freshness.

4 star, maybe a 5 for some. Fantastic flavor! Definitely tastes like it has more sodium than indicated! Will be purchasing again!

Bought this for someone who has Celiac and can't eat the usual ramen seasoning packets because there's gluten. This is certified gluten-free and celiac safe. The person who I gifted it to said it was delicious and they can't tell the difference from the original! I would highly recommend for your own quick and easy ramen at home! Definitely worth the value because you only need a spoonful of seasoning or so in your serving.

My daughter (14) has been on a crazy ramen kick for about six months, so I was looking for something that had a good taste with less sodium, for obvious reasons. I randomly decided to give this a try, and it is great! It tastes very similar to classic chicken ramen soup cups but with higher quality ingredients. She loves it, and I don't feel so bad when she decides to make it several times a week. It works great if you add other toppings to your noodle bowl as well-it doesn't overwhelm the other flavors. When mixing with hot water, it does not clump, so the texture is good. I would say it is a good value for money.

I've been using this for a while for myself in a pinch, but I just made a quick chicken noodle soup for my sick wife with frozen store bought onions and carrots, frozen pre chopped and stored celery, grilled TJ's chicken, and the organic 3 or 4 ingredient ramen from Amazon, and it came out amazingly. The fact that this doesn't have MSG (*added?) is mind boggling for the flavor that it has. Hoping this is available for decades because it's gonna be a staple in our house for at least that long. For reference, my favorite cheap ramen brand is Nongshim, and I could never get a satisfying soup from Better than Bouillon for my tastes.

Has an aftertaste that you have to get use to. Very sweet , was not expecting that. Will use what I have to not waste it, but won’t buy again.
