This bath salt has a soothing smell, feels relaxing and doesn't stain the tub. I like it when I want to relax in the bath. I have bought the lavender salt twice. Tried another flavour once. The aroma was too mild in other flavor

(Pictures Attached) WHY I CHOSE THIS PRODUCT? Being a fitness professional, I naturally have to use various relaxation and recovery methods. I had long known about Epsom Salt and its benefits, but never got the focus and drive to try it until now. After a food few searches i finalised this product coz it seemed well packaged, pure quality and most importantly very cost effective. HOW DID I USE IT? I don't have a bath tub at home, thought that serves as the best method for recovery, but it didn't stop me from being able to use it coz thats the uniqueness of epsom salt. You can use it in ways more than one. I put a good amount, as instructed, of it in a hot small tub and let it dissolve. Which it does pretty easily, since it's pure. I first took put a bit of it aside for taking bath and the rest i dip my feet into. I held my feet in there for a good period of time about 15 minutes and then took a bath with the remaining. The bath however was done by slow pouring not fast pouring to allow for better absorption into the skin and muscles. DID IT WORK? Yes, absolutely. And that I guess happened probably because it is pure as it states. I did get mild relief immediately after taking it and very fast relief from soreness few hours after taking the bath. MY VERDICT? Satisfied. I suggest you must try it for yourself to soothe ur aches and pains or to feel better in general even if you don't exercise, which ideally you should. I had never used epsom salt. I was hoping to enhance baths, and soothe aches and relax/unwind before bedtime, I researched good value. Prices online for epsom salts were wildly inconsistent. Many were very expensive! I ruled out pricey individual bags, When I clicked on Amazon Choice Tag (Nankings), I settled with the Nankings Lemon Bath salt epsom salt, pack of 1 The lemon is calming, and is not overly perfumy. It's just right. I sink into the tub, close my eyes, and sigh. "Nankings lemon bath salt, take me away, What I never anticipated was how much I would enjoy my baths with epsom salt. Bath elevates beyond the mundane. I appreciate these lemon epsom salts. Excellent product.

Feels fresh while uses in bath time but it is do not relax the muscles. but if you have pain in your muscle do not it will this product , I want help you.

Need to use half of the qty for one bath, but smells nice and effective product

Epsom salt in lemon flavour, It blends well with body wash n feels so soft. Relaxing experienced after bath. Wonderful product. Worth it

It smells amazing. Gives a soothing feeling. My mom's favourite bathing salts. Personally I prefer the tea tree scent. But everyone in family likes this citrus one. Much cheaper n good quantity compared to other bath salts. M definitely buying again.
