I've been using it for a long time. No technical problem faced till now. Really liked it. It can be used while charging as well. Battery back up is decent. And one happy thing you will notice is that you won't get pimple, cuts, burn and rashes like you had after shaving. It's the biggest plus of using a trimmer than a razor. Update1: Still using it without any hassle. Two years have passed. Blade cuts are the days of the past. I still use it rigorously.. Battery still lasts more than twice after one full charge. Nothing replaced/repaired till now. :) Update2: Still using it. No major problem at all except a minor one. It was getting discharged quickly and wasn't able to trim efficiently. Then I suddenly remembered that I haven't used the oil provided along with the trimmer. So as soon as I put some drops of oil on the front end, it became smooth as like the new one. So again, no problem at all. :) Update 3 (01/06/2020): Still going strong. I used it as hair trimmer for my father and myself in Lockdown period many times. It has already crossed my expectations by many miles.

What's not to love in this one, lets see :- Performance :- cuts my dad's beard which I think is the hardest beard I have seen, Battery :- runs about 35 to 40 mins which I think is adequate, Dual power :- works on battery and on adapter, Now this is the best thing I liked about this, Build quality :- good quality plastic, durable, has fallen from my cupboard, still nothing happened, Hell it's from panasonic, Warranty :- 24 months ( 2 years ), I mean this is much more for what the price is ... ! The only thing I personally did not like is the weight of the adapter ( note that the clipper is very light ), The adapter is too heavy I think it is like half kilograms, like seriously !!

+ Reasonably priced for the brand. + Easy to use Rotary knob for adjusting hair length. + Large on/off switch is easy to use. + Washable blade. - Minimum hair length is 2mm. If you need to cut further, you need to remove the comb (but cutting will not be uniform). - If the battery is fully drained, you cannot connect it to the plug and use it. Other trimmers work on electricity even if battery is dead. - Does not have any accessories other than the comb shown. - 12 hours of charge gives you only 45 min of operation. - Charger is big and heavy for such a small capacity battery. - Not very easy to remove the comb. (No release-switch, you need to pull it out with all your might, risking damage). - As per user manual, you need to clean and also oil the blade after each use - inconvenient.

The battery is a life saver. The adjustments are easy to choose when it comes to the length of cuts. Good for beard, the sideburns & upwards, the neck & upwards. But doesn't handle well the top of the head if the hair is dense. The design is good & user friendly.

My trimmer still working perfect after 8 yr of use...I just can't wait to write review because in 8 yr 2-3 time per month 36 times per year ,288 times in 8 year I used it and it works perfectly...battery back up still ok...at that time I go with Panasonic instead of philips and now this product is very very satisfied.i bought this product at 1400 but I already recovered 14400 from this product.288 times *50 per shaving
