Better than all other littmans except core digital
I have gotten used to my adc cardiology 600 series, which I feel has better acoustics overall but comparable to the master cardio, except in price and lifetime warranty, I mean the master cardio is great but not exceptionally better than its closest competition. And the pediatric silicon cuff was not included with mine.

Best stethoscope I have ever used.
I am a respiratory therapist so I need my stethoscope to go with me from Adults and pediatrics in the ER to neonates in the NICU and all in between. This 22" version is hands down the best stethoscope I have ever tried and it is louder than the 27" version of the same scope. I would recommend putting a length of pedi vent circuit on it so the oil from your neck don't break it down. It will not fit neo vent circuit as the tubing diameter is to large.

Tenía mis dudas, pero...
El estetoscopio es para adulto, trae su adaptador para la Campana que sirve para auscultar pacientes pediátricos. No trae el sello de garantía de 3M, pero sí viene sellado con otras pegatinas que cumplen su función, evidentemente es original y viene como nuevo, no tiene rastros de uso y la calidad, como todos sabemos es de 10+ a diferencia del resto de los littmann (sin contar el eléctrico), es un buen producto que vale la pena si te consideras algo tonto identificando ruidos. Por el precio, vale la pena. Dudas que yo tenía y sí es así, es que mide 69cm, es de adulto, nuevo, trae adaptador, olivas extra y manual, es original y se escucha 10+ a diferencia del cardiology IV que es 9+. Obviamente una ligera diferencia, pero a este lo puedes presionar más fuerte sin tener que cambiar de lado la campana
